Was doing a Home Equity Line of Credit through Picatinny. No one from the branch contacted me regarding my application. Everything was done on- line. I had signed documents through DocuSign. Hadn't heard anything from the bank, so I tried contacting someone regarding the application. There is no direct number to a specific person. There is no loan department to speak to. No one at any branch knows anything about loans. Finally, when I was able to reach a person, they said the loan was cancelled. I had to re-do everything all over. I had to keep calling to find the status of my loan. I had given a payoff amount for the previous bank that I was paying off, with a date. I had to close the loan through a teller window with no explanation on the documents I was signing. The teller, Tamera, was not friendly at all and barely said 2 words. I closed on 12/8. Had to wait for the 3 days right to cancel, which ended on 12/12. My previous loan is still not paid off as of 12/20.However, Picatinny is saying I have available the full amount available. I am paying a higher interest rate, that should have been paid off already. I could have paid it off myself on the day it was supposed to be paid if I had gone to the branch myself and wrote a check myself. Worst experience and so unprofessional. I would not recommend Picatinny at all.

No one ever answers the phone when you need help and they only give the Rockaway number, even though you may want to speak to Flanders office.

Staff and tellers are extremely rude and unprofessional I would not go inside if you don't have to and if you choose to them I would use the drive thru atm I haven't had this bad of costumer experience at any bank I've been to also I wouldn't give them any starts if it was a option

They advertise how they serve and appreciate local, but if you have a paycheck from a small local business that isn't eligible for direct deposit you have zero opportunity to have a higher value savings account. I am also over the lengthy hold times they put on deposits. I am hard pressed to think of a single benefit of banking here. Switching is a hassle but its about time to find somewhere we will be treated more equitably and less like a number.

Inconvenient hours and locations. You can't call a specific branch. They refuse to allow women equal access to joint bank accounts with their husbands. I need my husband's permission to access online banking in 2021.

The app sucks! Hasn't worked properly since they updated it. I gave it 2 stars cuz the bank is decent. Just hate the app that never works.

Unable to access my online account in over 24 hours. Multiple calls made to the main number which is currently leading me to the Rockaway branch. So far I have left my phone number twice for a call back and received nothing. Due to past experience I know the bank will close without anyone calling back. I am tempted to drive to Rockaway as I have done in the past while on hold or waiting for someone to pick up only to see what is actually going on. I have walked in and observed staff using their personal cell phones and socializing among themselves while ignoring the ringing phone. Finally got through to Cesar in Denville. Lost the call as I had an 11 AM appointment calling to see where I was. Lost the call and despite asking Cesar to call me back should that happen I ended up calling yet again...spoke to a different CURT woman and ended up back on the line with Cesar. At 11:20 I was forced to hang up to attend my scheduled appointment. I now have no access to my account until Monday. Management needs to begin observing staff at work and eliminating anyone one who is hanging up on customers, ignoring the phone or just not capable of doing their job. This bank is a disgrace. I currently use it to cash checks and transfer funds to Synchrony where rates are better, staff are professional and caring and actually know what they are doing.

The manager Colleen, gives horrible customer service. She is rude and doesn’t care about her customers at all. Would not recommend the mount olive branch to anyone. If you are a manager you should be able to know how to talk and handle your clients.

Never had a bad experience. Fraud department is extremely on point. Just make sure you call before you order flight tickets and fill out the appropriate paperwork before using your card internationally! Great interest rates on loans and credit cards. Free checking. After-hours deposits.
