Older man with turban is so rude! The place is disgusting . I normally dont leave a negative review , but he was horrendous. Place was convenient but I will not be going back there. He needs to go!!!

THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
Couple of horrible experiences in the past couple of weeks I had…
The new younger gentleman that they have “hired” is insanely rude. I was waiting for him to come and after good couple of min I had to say “hey, can you pls help me” he gave me the dirtiest look because I interrupted his movie time I guess… even that I kept my cool but when I he was done he slams my gas tank closer which is very rude. Like??? sorry I needed gas and you had to help me.
That aside, I told him I will give you my phone number and pin code. Although he inputted my info, he still pumped it up as Credit. This is my fault for not asking for a receipt at the end but if im giving you my pin for debit this should be a DEBIT transaction.
Lastly, this is regarding the older gentleman with the Turban. In another occasion when I was paying cash and wanted to fill it up for 20 dollars cash, he proceeded with “20 for you 5 for me” because i had extra $5 left on hand, I was VERY CONFUSED. I mean it is a tough economy but this should not be normalized at the gas stations.
This is my note to the owner, from a genuine perspective.
Please get it together and start hiring
1- someone who knows a decent level of English 2- perhaps teach/train on customer service or what the job requirements are.
3- Amazon might be there today and gone tmrw, you still need your day to day loyal customers. If that is what makes you not care about your actual customers.

the older guy with big beard and the turban will steal money from you when you pull up and you let him pump gas.Happen to me on multiple occasions.Gave him $30 in cash and he pumped $28 and he will stand in front of the meter so you can’t see and will say it’s all good to go.Failed to give me cash back when I asked for it and walked off to the next guy.

They have overfilled my car and I saw a good amount of petroleum leaking out of the nozzle. The staff kept pumping the gas by manually squeezing the nozzle even after the car has already been filled up as the nozzle initially shut.It might due to the mistake made by the staff or for some other reasons. However, this overfilling could potentially damage my car and cause serious safety issues.

Most of staff are great. However this past wk I stooped there 3 times for gas between 5 and 520AM and there was no attendant attendant pumps. He was sitting inside store talking to the guy behind the counter. Today someone ahead of me pulled out without getting gas. As I did also. Will try again tomorrow.

Buyer Beware ..... This place is horrible and price gouging there customers .
I stop in here tonight to grab a few cans of cat food because I didn't feel like going into Walmart.... What a HUGE mistake , I always expect the price of a can of cat food to be a little more expensive for the convenience but not 4x -5x more than other gas stations .
You can buy a pack of 40 at walmart got what they charged me for 10 cans .
Quick check 0.99 a can reasonable normally they are 45 in a big store .... They charged me 1.99 a can and the worst part is I didn't realize until I was almost home a hour away .
They got me for $10 and I hope it was worth it ... Now you lost my business for good and anybody else that I can tell not to go there I will!
We are living in a rough time rn and they should be great full to have business but not the instead they want to steal from you !

The worker Kumar at the food mart doesn't wear a mask. He got very close to me while I was making a cup of coffee and after I confronted him he said he didn't care because he already had Covid and if I didnt like it I could go elsewhere....So I did.Extremely rude. Im sure sooner or later someone will clock this a-hole.

Shopkeeper name balli was very rude. He been very disrespectful and was rushing us and lied about his closing hours. He wasn't following social distancing at all. I hope shell take serious notice on this its bad for their customer service.
