We stopped in to buy some items. The cashier (kid with long blonde hair) was really rude. His facial expressions made him look like he was about to explode, he was so angry. There was no reason for him to be upset with us. We walked about the empty store and no one asked if we needed help or acknowledged us. We usually love these stores but were left with such a bad experience I had to write this review.

I bought a kiddie pool for my neighbors dog & it would not fix inside my Impreza!
Ug!
Employee, Jacob was efficient with tying it to my roof rack.
Driving home at 25 MPH with flashers on, moving over to allow cars to pass was nervwracking BUT THANKFULLY worked out well & safe.
Thankyou Jacob for your help and glad to see this world has many nice & kind people.

Lost our hitch while towing RV north. These guys said they had replacement hitch in stock & would loan us tool to cut off lock. Drove half hour there to find no loaner & no hitches in stock. Don’t trust them.

Called and the person at the store hung up on me when I asked a follow up question about the vet clinic. Then called back and he was unpleasant and would not help me.

No more for me. I bought stuff for my dogs there. No more. Not since cowering to the far right extremist worried about LGBTQA getting a little bit of fairness, and the climate thing I totally don't understand. Just a stupid move on your part.

For years, I have bought all of my equipment, various mowing and cutting tools, my chickens, coops, and regular feed for both my chickens and my dogs, propane fills, as well as my yearly swimming pool supplies, etc. at Tractor Supply. I realize I am not a farmer who has acres to tend to but I suspect that the company liked my $1000 dollars or more a year (some years a lot more). After reading that Tractor Supply Co. has eliminated its diversity, equity and inclusion roles and goals following weeks of conservative criticism online, I will find my products and supplies elsewhere and will support other local companies. Neither I nor will my family members ever darken the door of Tractor Supply again. We don’t do business with cowards or bigots.

I purchased my dog food there for 25 years, Victor Dog Food had a recall and the incompetent store manager, would not return it. Do not ever shop there. I have a business account there and will never give them a dine after the way they treated me. UNAMERICAN!!!

When I brought back a wheel to return I asked the manager if he could help me find the right one and he told me no sir. I looked for the wheel I needed but no luck so I bought it to the register for a return and the cashier tried to help me with no luck. She called the manager and asked him if he told me he couldn’t help me and he replied that he was to busy to help. I have bought all kinds of things at tractor supply for years and never came across someone so lame as the manager at tractor supply in Flanders. I’m done buying at the Flanders store.

I have had the BEST EXPERIENCES with all of the staff i've encountered here. Very patient explaining electric fencing, Asking around to make sure I got accurate information on certain breeds of chicks et cetera. And the staff in this particular store exhibited concern when I felt that the chicks were rushed to market this past year. It doesn't feel like a box store when the staff genuinely cares about us as people.
