I ordered four tires online along with scheduling a tire installation for the tires for December 16th. This was all done at the same order. I chose this Walmart because it is the only Walmart near me (an hour away) that has a tire center but I was ready to make the drive because the deal on tires were so good (still a $150+ order).Anyway, a few days go by and I get a random email from Walmart stating my refund was processed. I was like what refund... Turns out that after ten days they automatically cancelled half of my tire order (2 tires) since "I didn't pick them up in time". Beyond confused, now only having two tires in my order, I talked to customer service who said that my other two tires are still shipping to the store and I should be able at the least to have the other two tires at the tire center for install on for my December 16th appointment if I wanted to. I agreed. Customer service also gave me a heads up that these tires would be cancelled on December 26th if I didn't pick them up by then. I was like okay, that should not be a problem since I'm making my December 16th appointment (2 days from now).Well tonight, December 14th I get another random email stating the remaining tires of my order have been cancelled. What an absolute joke. I email the customer service rep I spoke to and called them, and was basically berated about how "I didn't pick up my tires in time". I literally told them multiple times that I had the December 16th appointment, and that we literally talked about this in the same email chain...but they asserted they cannot hold the tires for that long (an extra 2 days), and that again stating that it was all my fault. I didn't even get refunded the entire amount of my order ($10 short) but I'm so beyond frustrated by their hypocritical statements and lack of apology that I'm not even bringing it up. I will gladly take my tire order somewhere else, and will never ever go to this Walmart again. Literally what a joke.

I give 5 stars for the great customer service and Professionalism in Tires department, The tires I got is so good and I didnt have to do alignment, The timing was perfect and I spend time at the store shopping and having our breakfast at subway inside the store. Highly Recommended. Available free Parking. The photos I took are for 4 tires are very very good brand with highly specifications with a very good price, Don't forget to like and follow my channel to see all new restaurant and entertainment places I'm going to visit in USA and overseas.

This is my local Walmart. I can count on finding what I need here. Check out is quick and easy, I use the self checkout. The store is well stocked and well organized. Associates are helpful. Parking is typically full close to the store. The parking lot has many potholes, and the shopping cart rattles your items on the way back to your car.

This is very good place to buy/install discount tires if you can do it during low hours like midweek. You get well balanced reasonably good tire at discount and inexpensive installation. Too bad it is but far for me.That pothole on that back got repaired. Photo of the view when I was hiking around waiting for tires install complete.

Very helpful. Showed us to the right direction. Made sure we got to the right spot. Was easy to assemble the product like the store said. They had a bright cheery tone. And it was a calmer shopping experience with no distracting music and a lowerlighting. And they had exactly the right product we were looking for at a lower price and good quality. Thank you very much would highly recommend for all the shopping needs all in one store.

Awful awful awful!!!!! I have been trying to call for 2 days over 20 times I got transferred and that was the end of human life. Nobody answers the phone frustrating and I need to talk to someone as soon as possible. Very unprofessional. If I didn’t have to give them any stars, I would not even give them one. The customer service inside of the store and write down to some of the employees are downright rude, disrespectful and racist. I have had to have multiple talks with some of the women the hover over me while checking out when I have a family member with me of a different race. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I only go there when I absolutely have to because it’s the closest to where I live other than that I will travel to go to the other locations.

Store and district manager lacking detail ethics. C'mon guys take pride in your daily job!! Corporate needs to get more involved with this location.SEE the pictures below. Dirty, pot hole ridden parking lot, which carries over into store shelving and cleanliness.This store needs to be kept up with, or it will only get worse and look like an inner city Store.

Terrible service, staff not the least bit friendly and very rude. I brought my car in for an oil and tire change @9:45am. I waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The manager took my car and said there’s one car ahead of me and he will get it done asap. I browsed the store and waited two and a half hours and then went to check on my car only to be told unapologetically they haven’t gotten to it yet as they had to do 3 other vehicles that came in afterwards. Really!!!! When I got here there was only one vehicle before me yet they pushed me down 3 spots to accommodate others and wasted my time. Definitely don’t recommend this place it’s not worth visiting

I rarely go to Walmart, mainly because I generally don't like the shopping experience there. This last trip was okay. Not too messy, shelves were well stocked. I actually found what I was looking for in the grocery area and without a lot of effort. This store was more organized than most days. Of course a company with over $611 billion dollars in annual sales can't hire a person to open up a check out line. Self checkout lines all over the place.

I’ve been going to the Walmart at ITC since the first day they opened. I’ve never had a problem with any of their employees or any of the managers. They were always polite and if I had a problem was always taken care of. The pharmacy the pharmacist are absolutely amazing. My late husband worked for Walmart, because he couldn’t go back to Printing and then he retired. He worked there for many years never had to ask for a raise because they were always given. We had a 401(k) that was offered which they contributed to. can people have a problem I guess but I’ve never had any and I’ve been going to the store for 22 years.

Busy, wait in line to check out myself. Then, wait in line again to leave because they have to check your cart and receipt at the door. They don't trust you to do their job, I guess. Sadly, I will avoid. It's convenient to get everything in one location, but it's not worth the agravation.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to get through to anyone, via the customer service option, when you call the store. I had an issue that required a manager/loss prevention and was supposed to receive a call back within that business day. The manager I spoke to around 10 am that morning sounded as if I was an interruption to her day. But even so, I thought I'd receive the call back as promised but was left hanging. I thought maybe it was just a busy day, so tried calling back the next day. After several attempts, waiting over 5 minutes each attempt, the call went unanswered. After two days of calling, I resorted to calling the automotive section, who answered immediately. I explained the situation and was told this is a reoccurring problem that many complain about. They told me they would radio to a manager or customer service rep to answer the line and transferred me. Once again, after 5 minutes, the call goes unanswered.Finally, after calling repeatedly for an entire morning, an automotive manager was able to transfer me to the loss prevention manager, who had no idea I've been calling, because he was never notified by the first manager, I spoke to days prior. He was very helpful and got the information I needed within minutes. I know for a fact, if she would've transferred me to him on the first day I reached out about this problem, it would've been solved instantly.Now today, I've called the store 4 times. It continues to ring and ring, going unanswered. I have a simple return question before lugging the item back to the store.And to be clear, this issue has been happening for years. But I always thought it was due to staffing through Covid. Now, there is no excuse.I'm not sure what the issue is but it's extremely frustrating. Especially when you're told that this issue is something both customers and non-customer service employees complain about regularly.
