Joe and bella are the most honest mechanics in the area..just my opinion in my experience..sometimes it takes weeks to even get ur car looked at to know whats up w it and what repairs it may need…but to me that means he has a lot of customers..and why? Bc hes honest..will not tell you u need something u dont to charge you for something else! Again this review is based off my personal experience but hope this helps!!

Friendly owner, they did work on my truck and do a good job, however it took 3 weeks. I was told when I brought it in it would be done as soon as they could, which I totally understand. I had alot of things start to build up in which I needed my truck, I called and asked for them to communicate with me on a timeline, i was told yes. Another week goes by and I go in and am told my truck isn't starting, so it can't be worked on yet, as they're extremely busy. Understandable, I totally get it, I just want to know whats going on without having to ask. It's not hard to just give a 2 minute phone call to let me know what's going on instead of forcing me to figure it out. Everytime I talked to the owner I asked if he would just simply communicate with me, and was told yes every time, without ever receiving a call. I literally went in to finally just get my keys and take it to the Ford dealer, and it wasn't until I asked him for the keys he told me it was done. I specifically asked for a price before having the truck worked on, which I was told I would get. None of these things are deal breakers, it's just being told yes to alot of my questions, then never having those promises delivered is the issue. Communication is very important. However like I said friendly service and well done.

Have decided never too use C&P auto again! Last straw was when I brought my gmc envoy in 3 time for heater core issues. I asked to change heater core but Joe said trust me I can get it right so I trusted him . So he went ahead and flushed the complete cooling system and reflush the core again. 421.00 Dollors ! Take it home next day no heat ! He ripped me off ! BEWARE
