“Well.. its been 2yrs since my detail from The Automat. I didn't get to write a review, then totally forgot about it. As I was washing my car today, I couldn't help think about how good of a job they did. I have a 08' VW Jetta, Salsa Red. I was looking to get a complete detail, paint restored and everything. At the time, the red was dull and swirled up pretty bad. I dropped the car off, they gave me a loner which was nice since I didn't live near by. When I picked up the car it looked great, but to be honest I thought it could of been a little better. At the time, I was just expecting the paint to look brand-new again but the car was 14yrs old so not sure why I was thinking that. All my friends noticed the difference and how shiny and reflective, deep, like a mirror the car looked now. I was only looking at scratches and they couldn't get all of them fixed, but 90% were. So I was probably expecting too much for 14yr old paint, that's why I didn't ever write the review. As I learned more of the process and how paint is on cars and talking with other detailers that I know, The Automat did a really, really good job. I feel bad I didn't write this earlier. I had the car done in 2021, and it still looks just as good the day I picked it up from them.In the 2 pics below the water drops stayed over a week in my garage just like that. “Tremendous service from Ken and his upholstery shampoo person after dog decided to poop and sit in it in the backseat of our daughter's car. Despite the fact that they were full up in their detailing center, they found a way to not only take us at a reasonable price, but to fit us in within an hour after the disturbing and smelly event and to do an excellent job. We highly recommend Madison car wash for their customer service and the exceptional quality of their work.”

“Awesome car wash! Very nice owner plus above and beyond cleaning. I have 4 young kids who do a number on my car. After an 8 hour road trip and many trips to the beach over the summer my car was in a tragic state. I don't live nearby but I was in the area so I stopped in for a much needed car wash. They are incredibly thorough on the inside. Much more than anywhere else I have been. They cleaned areas other places don't even touch including the tracks that my backseats slide on of every cracker and crumb I haven't been able to get out in forever. I can't even get other places to vacuum my third row but this place left it pristine. I imagine this is the closest you can get to a full detail at a regular car wash. I will definitely make the drive back next time I need to get my car washed. You should make this your permanent car wash ASAP!Services: Vacuuming”

“I've taken my car here a handful of times now and I'm happy to say I've been pleased each time with the results. The folks here do a good, quick job, and my car looks fantastic at the end of it. (For anyone wondering, they're familiar with how Teslas work.)The only word of advice to customers is that you have to tell them at the end if tire shine is part of your package. “I bought a Groupon for an outside hand car wash but to my surprise the place doesn’t take Groupons anymore for over 3 years, what really amazed me is Groupon still have it as available. I paid then for the regular basic car wash and the guys did a great job even with the freezing temperatures 1-21-24.”

“Love this place !! Eric the guy in the front is awesome! He’s very funny always very welcoming and seems to enjoy being there. I had trouble at the kiosk up until he came and showed me how simple they’re to use , also he introduced me to a monthly member ship and convinced me to sign up. Currently enjoying washing my brand new car everyday !! Oscar the manger also seemed very humble and down to earth, he assured me if I had any troubles or issues to let him know and he would gladly take care of them for me.Finally the guys who dry the car at the end seem very eager to please and would do anything to make sure people are happy. I love coming to this place my car is always giving off a brand new feel. The kids enjoy it too. Must have forgot to mention the guys spraying always make the kids feel like they’re enjoying a ride with some simple spraying. “Great local self -serve car wash. Very easy to use with up to date equipment. Several bays for self service and one bay that offers an automatic wash without leaving your car. The wait could be long depending on the day due to the size. Staff member is available during the day.”
“Really like the wash. The only 2 inconsistencies I have is the initial reception (when first entering carwash). Sometimes they power wash both sides of vehicle, other times just the driver's side only. Also, when wiping down car, sometimes they'll do wheels, other times not.”

“Came today to get my car washed. I came later in the day as they are always so busy ! I get the $45 dollar deal where they do the outside and the inside. They always do a very thorough job with my car. They make sure all the nooks and cranny's are clean on the inside. The workers and owner are always so nice and pleasant. Even when they are busy. Sometimes you have a wait a little while for it to be done, but honestly not a big deal. They have chairs and picnic benches to sit on. I see people complaining about the wait, but it's worth it. I have been coming here for years.”

“I’m a local realtor so I basically live out of my car. They didn’t read job cleaning my interior and exterior windows, Great thank you. There’s a restroom inside while you’re waiting you get to watch your car being washed. They have a few snacks inside car wash cleaning supplies and air fresheners. They even decorated for the holiday with the nice tree. It was actually very busy for a Friday afternoon I thought. It’s an excellent location and they have a lot of people washing the interior and vacuuming. This place is a well oiled machine. Highly recommend this car wash. My girlfriend gets her car detailed here all the time. I just need to set some time aside to do so myself. It’s right on route 10 W. so you can’t miss it”
