“I used this laundromat twice and both times it was awesome. The owner was there the second time and helped me get my laundry out when one of the washers wouldn't unlock, and said he's replacing that line of washers soon. There is no ATM but there is a change machine. I got my laundry done in less than an hour for $3.75. Can't beat it!”
“I pass by two laundromats just to come to Baldwin Laundromat in Parsippany, and it’s all because of the wonderful service I receive from Naomi and Julie. I always drop off my clothes, and they take care of washing and folding for me. Everything comes back neatly packed, ready to put away—no stress about folding on my end.
What I really appreciate is how accommodating they are. For example, I use special dryer sheets because my dog and they gladly use them without any issue. Even though it would be more convenient for me to use another location, the extra drive is well worth it for the care and service I get here.
Naomi and Julie are the reason this location stands out. They are always smiling, so pleasant to talk to, and truly a joy to deal with. They give me a promise date for when my clothes will be ready, and without fail, they’re always done on time (often even sooner). I don’t even mind using part of my lunch break to drop off or pick up because I know I’ll always be greeted warmly and leave happy.

“A new laundromat, clean new. The have free WiFi and TV service. They also have drop off service. Great for washing large items that don't fit in your home machine. I find when I go there once or twice a year, the prices have constantly gone up, the cheapest wash is 3.99 and drying is .55 or .75 cents for 10 minutes of drying.”

“My best friend needed her reception gown altered before her wedding in 48 hours; her weight had fluctuated down recently and the dress fit too big; also, it was a cheap dress and the hook at the top of the zipper was sewn in wrong. The tailor took the dress, made the requested alterations, and gave it back to the bride in great condition within 24 hours.
