“My husband and I just recently purchased our first house through Weichert and are so in love with our dream home! Jennifer Hyatt, our realtor, worked with us throughout the whole home buying experience. At first, we were just looking to rent and happened to meet her because she was managing a rental we had looked at in Indian Lake. After talking and getting to know us a bit more, she suggested getting in touch with one of Weichert's mortgage advisors, Jack Ma, to see what we'd qualify for in terms of owning a home. Once we decided this was the house, she really looked out for us throughout the whole process of making an offer and then, once it was accepted, getting through attorney review and closing. Jack got us set up with a great mortgage loan with a very low interest rate too, which was an added bonus.

Jen was so flexible with scheduling and happy to answer our calls and questions at all hours of the day. She stayed on top of communication between mortgaging and attorneys and was so polite and professional with everyone involved. She gave us a great recommendation for our house inspection (Paul & Ryan from HouseMasters) who also recommended Fred from Stone Harbor Pools for the pool inspection. Everyone was so thorough and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, it was reassuring to know they all had our best interests at heart and were great at explaining everything that goes into maintaining a home/pool. We definitely felt more confident as home owners and were very impressed with everyone's work.
