“This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. I have not experienced his equal in any other branch. thx Adrain.”

“Came here for the 1st time & loved it! Really loved the prices. It was $30 for one hour which I think is very reasonable. What I really loved was the food. I was surprised at how good it was. I was expecting bad/small portion food but was so shocked. BLT had a nice amount of bacon, grilled cheese, chicken fingers, large fries & a large soda all for $20. You can't beat that. The bread was even delicious. Toasted perfectly with butter lol. It was your typical old school bowling alley with no updates but I love that! Brings me back to the 90's.”

“This bank is great. It does get busy during lunch times and around closing time. Their atm is sometimes down but it's seldom. The next BOA is in Menlo Mall. I signed up for a savings account here at ease. The rep was helpful in explaining the different types of accounts. I come here for the drive thru ATM :)”

But more often than not recently every time I go the teller will remind me that I could have completed this transaction at the ATM. “This bank branch is horrible, no matter what time of day or day of the week, there is always only one teller. And when it was raining and cold outside on a Friday, because there is only ever one teller, people of all ages had to stand outside in the rain and cold for over 30 minutes. I felt so bad because I know some of these people had to take a bus in order to get there. However, there is this one security guard Michelle who is absolutely AMAZING, this incredible woman is always so pleasant and kind that when I think about how much I hate the fact the black neighborhood has the worst bank, I always say in my head, except for that one lady”
