“I got my wet grinder from Balaji, Edison in 2016. It's ring got damaged due to wear n tear over years and we moved out of NJ. We visited NJ and enquired if we could buy the ring as a spare part. They searched n couldn't get in the shop and wouldn't be available till next week. Took out from a new machine just to help us as we were flying back urgently. “Great experience, very kind and helpful staff that seem happy and get along well with each other and costumers alike. I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down”

“I was in the Mountainside 7-11 today because of a medical emergency..I was our for a run and my right hand froze up so bad that I was in serious pain. I was afraid i was starting to head towards frostbite. The owners gave me and my friend access to a sink so I could run water, then gave me hand warmers and plastics gloves to put over my gloves. I was so grateful for to get help from people whose business I have never used before. I would like thank these owners from the bottom of my heart for helping me .”
