I’ve used several storage facilities in the past, but none compare to the experience I’ve had at Public Storage in Mountainside, NJ. Matt, who runs the facility, is truly a standout—professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly.
He consistently goes above and beyond his duties, offering help before you even have to ask and treating every customer like a neighbor rather than just a number. His welcoming energy has turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into something that actually feels like home. The facility is always spotless, secure, and well-maintained—a clear reflection of the pride Matt takes in his work.

Matt from this facility is awesome to work with. The storage facility was running a great special when I rented a space and I was pleased with the accommodations afforded to my family and I . I would recommend, affordable and great location/staff.
