Nice selection of clothes and glad there’s still a standing store nearby. But I’d rather drive further to another store or order online if that means not dealing with the rude employees. I’ve never been in a LB where the staff wasn’t anything but kind and helpful. Not this store and not these people. Not sure why LB dosent fix this issue.

Not a great experience with Employees.
I went xmas shopping on 12/4 for relatives and the young lady was welcoming but didn’t seem knowledgeable. I needed help locating certain types of items and she wasn’t much help. She just wasn’t confident or enthusiastic. I went back today 12/10 to return an item and the older lady was extremely dry and not welcoming. She asked me for my phone number to do a return and i told her I didnt use a phone number to purchase bc I dont have a rewards account. She said “a phone number is required when doing returns” in a very curt and demanding tone. I was very displeased but still gave her my phone number… which brought up a different customer’s name on the card terminal. When i told her this she did nothing but handed me the receipt and gave me a “go away” look. Maybe she didnt hear me or maybe she didnt care… i dont know but 1. Phone number should not be required and 2. She needs to a new career thats not customer facing.
Because of this return experience, I will never shop at Lane & Bryant again.
Ambiance wise, the Store is clean and well organized but that’s not surprising since it’s always empty.

I went to this location yesterday to pick up my online order but did not feel good energy from one of the employees which shall remain nameless because I did not get her name. The policy is , when you pickup an online order, you get a discount on that day only for new purchases but I was not offered the promotion and was about to walk out the store. I turned around and said to the cashier, "Do you still give the discount today for new purchases, she says, oh yea, it's 50% off your item". I'm looking at her like, why didn't you offer it? Smh. Not a friendly atmosphere anymore and I'm not sure why not.

This store this store this store!! I made an online purchase during a sale. They did not fit at all! Took them to this store for an exchange. Toni greeted me and asked questions I never thought about. She took my measurements and picked out some options. I have been wearing the wrong size so long, that the right size felt weird. She did the return but I didn’t have the money to pay for them again so she gave me the slip and receipt. That was weeks ago due to my anxiety I felt uncomfortable calling or going. She gave me options and told me I could even buy online as they have a new sale. I really hope she gets a promotion or a raise. I love her!! I will come and buy from her again

I am a regular here at this location and I have to say I haven’t been happy leaving the store. I made a purchase online and then needed to make a return along with exchanging something from a different purchase. I made my return and exchange and it took the girls up front 40 minutes to figure out how to do it/ process it. I then don’t even receive a pending transaction in the account from the return I made. This is NOT the first time this has happen with this location. I called the store to figure this out they then give me a phone number which was the wrong number not customer service, they gave me their store number to call if they have to deal with something. I then get the correct customer service number and they tell me they can’t help me because it was a return done in store and I had to call the store back. Call the store back and I speak to the manager Michele, which was completely rude and zero help and telling me this is out of her hands when the manager at customer service told me to call them back! I would never talk to a customer the way she did!! And I will not be returning and will never talk highly of this location again!
