“Where to start! I wish I could give a thousand stars. I am so extremely satisfied with my experience at Century Collision, and the world is a better place with people like Jon in it! I was hit and ran, and in need of a new front end. I would be paying out of pocket, and thus on the hunt for a reasonable price. I received a few quotes ranging in the couple thousand at other local body shops, with a turnaround of two weeks. I had the pleasure of finding Jon and his father’s shop on Google, attracted by the great reviews. Jon met with me in person, checked out my car’s damage and printed me out an itemized breakdown of each cost, explaining each line and ensuring I understood each step of the process. The costs were extremely fair and affordable for me, and estimated a 3 day turnaround! At drop-off, I inquired about my back spoiler and Jon provided an estimate and said he’d be able to complete both jobs in the same timeframe.
There is something special about Jon and his team, and I hope they all know that. He is patient, kind, and trustworthy. Traits that are truly rare and invaluable today ?? I kept gassing him up because I was just so appreciative and thankful that people like him still exist ?
My car was finished in 3 days. My car was given back to me in better shape than when I dropped it off; the inside was detailed and shined just as beautiful as the outside. They noticed my low tire pressure light was on, saw a tire had a nail and patched it for me. Prior to this, I thought my gauge was just broken as I didn’t see the nail!

“This was the single best experience I have ever had at an auto body shop, and I've been to a bunch. Tom is the man! He was extremely kind, professional, and more than fair.. I needed a new bumper for my Dodge Ram and he helped me to order one online correctly. Once I dropped the new bumper off to him, he took the old one off and installed and painted the new one in less than 2 days. The work was great.. you cannot tell this bumper was replaced! “I wouldn't take my cars to anyone but Ron. They are extremely busy so prepare to wait for a call back, but once they have your car in it's in best hands in the area. They fixed our Tesla, Telluride, Corolla and friends hot rods. I cannot tell where the damage is in anyways in any of them.”

Car was fixed on time and I was able to pick it up the day we had decided on at the time of drop off. I will go back to them for all car related things, and I have asked my husband to do the same.”
“I am absolutely satisfied with the service my husband and I received for our new Kia Sorento. Somehow my husband blew the cap off the passenger mirror along with the mirror. My husband was quoted to paint a new mirror cap and place the mirror back on. They promised that everything would be ready for repairs next day, and sure enough, they called next day saying they were ready to get the mirror cap and mirror back on. We just stopped by today (few days later) and they were very welcoming and had everything done within 20 minutes. I look forward to having business with them again.Service: Painting”
“I had an emergency on 95 with my skid plate coming undone and hanging and being alone I didn’t know what to do, I noticed I was 8 minutes away from this body shop and I called them to see if they would be able to be any help, the gentleman on the phone was so nice and helpful. I slowly made my way there and the manager took care of everything and put me at ease so I was able to get home safe. After a girls trip away, you just want to get home and this be the last thing that you want to happen. Within 10 minutes he had my car fixed and ready to go and he would not accept any payment ?. The littlest things mean the most. Forever grateful!! Thank you so much!!”

“I came to Iacona Collision Center on 9/12 after my truck was missing and Chester PD said that I need to verify with their abandoned vehicle department that the truck was not impounded and that officer would not be in until 9/13 so I told the officer I wanted to go to the impound place myself and see if my truck was there.
I spoke with Angel who was so helpful he confirmed the truck was never impounded First he checked by the license plate and than I mentioned that a neighbor said that an unmarked tow truck towed it and we thought maybe because the city was doing road work that they needed to move the truck. Angel further checked by the Vin #. Appreciated Angel being so diligent and helpful in such a difficult situation.
If I need body work in the future I will be sure to come to Iacona after seeing how great Angel was.”
