Their team was professional, thorough, and direct in identifying the deficiencies in the prior repairs. They clearly explained what was not done to proper standards and documented everything in detail.
What sets them apart is their honesty and attention to detail. They did not cut corners, and they took the time to ensure every issue was properly evaluated. Dean was accessible, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the entire process.
Based on their findings, the vehicle was ultimately deemed a total loss.

“Washington Township Elmer's Auto Body is fantastic. Another car hit my own from behind, causing plenty of damage. I bought my Jeep Compass new and it was only 8 weeks old at the time. Needless to say, I was upset; however, Rob and Dennis and the Elmer's crew did an amazing job. “I would like to personally thank Allen and the staff at Premier Collision LLC at the 600 Hyatt St, Chester PA 19013 location for the outstanding service and professionalism provided during my vehicle repair process after I was rear-ended.
I have to first mention Liz, the receptionist, who is just delightful to speak to. She is incredibly professional, welcoming, and always made sure lines of communication were clear right from the start.
From start to finish, Allen handled everything with care, professionalism, and transparency. He stayed in constant communication with both myself and the insurance company, making an extremely stressful situation much easier to manage. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I understood everything that was occurring with my claim and repairs.
What stood out the most was his patience, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure things were handled properly. It is rare to find someone who truly advocates for the customer while also maintaining such professionalism and integrity.
The day I picked up my vehicle, I received so many compliments because my baby was shining and looked absolutely amazing. The workmanship and attention to detail truly showed. You can tell Allen takes pride in making sure customers leave happy and satisfied.

“Century Collision replaced a rusted structural member on the undercarriage of my 2004 Honda Element so the car would pass PA State Inspection. Not all body shops do that kind of work. The work was completed when promised and was done for a competitive price. The owner of the shop explained what needed to be done and documented the work that was done with photographs. I hope I won't need to, but if I ever need more structural work done on the car, I will be coming back to Century Collision.”

Don and his crew completed a full out paint job with rusted and bent metal repair/replacement on my, now beautiful, '93 GMC Sierra. Though I did supply many parts, Don was able to locate additional items needed due to job growth. The completed job cost was within the estimate tolerance I allowed, and far, far less expensive than buying a new one. Since I still use it as a truck, for personal needs, I am now very proud to drive it everywhere I need to.
