We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Caliber Collision. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, accommodating and informative at each step of having our car repaired. The texts and calls kept us up to date throughout the process. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and again exceeded our expectations. Would recommend them highly to anyone looking for collision repair services.

My insurance company managed to tow away my vehicle to Caliber Collision Mullica Hill, NJ. At Caliber, woman namely Heather was extremely disrespectful, and rude. Secondly, quality of work done by them was of a substandard, rather unacceptable quality. Resultantly, I had to seek intervention of the Shop Admin of the insurance company.
Although I am still not satisfied with the work, I took delivery of my vehicle half-heartedly.
I am very much disappointed and would like to advise people not to use Caliber Collision Mullica Hill, NJ due to their rude behavior and bad quality of work.
Later on, Ashley contacted me on phone and informed that she had replaced Heather in Caliber Collision, Mullica Hill, NJ. She, on behalf of the Bodyshop, expressed sorry and invited me to bring my vehicle back so that they could take care of all of my concerns. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to them where Ashley and Mike (the technician) treated me very well. Their behavior and workmanship were outstanding.
Now, I am very happy and satisfied with their conduct and therefore, I have decided to edit this review.

My vehicle had one of the rear emblems fall off in a car wash. I brought the emblem over to Caliber to see if they would be able to reapply it for me. They took care of the fix within five minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Very friendly front staff and technician.

The folks at Caliber were great to work with. They turned my vehicle around quicker and better quality than i had expected. Ian was great to work with as my service advisor and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to others to use their services.

I had. Great experience with Caliber Collision. Ian lunge was my estimator and contact. He has excellent customer service service skills and went out of his way to help me in my claim and repairs. I am extremely happy with the repairs, the car looks new, like nothing ever happened. Ian gave me a detailed time line and cost and he both came in lower. Would highly recommend their representatives and their work

The body shop was very professional and provided detailed project timeline expectations. However, the insurance company screwed me over by totaling my car which was in a light accident to my bumper and very end of the side fender and right rear light assembly because it is old and they did not value it at what I have had offers from others for it and Kelly Blue Book value. They gave it back to me with marks all over my car which I had to wipe off from all over my car.

I’ve used this location twice. Both for no fault accidents, the process is simple and you are informed via txt message daily. The work is great and returned to pre accident conditions. I highly recommend this location. I had great experienced twice.
