“Perhaps all you have to know is that I panicked when I heard that Rite-Aid was closing some of their locations because I have come to TOTALLY TRUST the pharmacy team at this location as being on MY TEAM for my health!! Every single interaction has been positive through the years! They are ready to answer my questions and have resolved challenges with my multiple insurance plans. Always a smile ... always made to feel welcome. When my "socially challenged" neighbor needed his COVID shots I knew this Rite-Aid was the health care provider to bring him to. The staff was understanding of his fears and made him feel comfortable. I have never had a problem with my prescriptions! The store itself always seems extremely clean and the front end clerks always offer a welcome and a goodbye. My only complaint is that the store seems to be "understocked" with empty shelves or the appearance of empty shelves. I certainly hope this pharmacy never goes away as long as I live in the neighborhood. Got to close out ... time for my RSV shot.”
“This rite aide on Bridgeton pike by far is the best one! Never judged no matter what a person is on. There is a pharmacist named Jim he has been there a while, and is the sweetest pharmacist I have ever met. They are always so friendly, and answer any questions I have. This one by far is the best. Now some of the others NO!!!!”
“I love to get gas in NJ! Now that they have instituted the additional gas tax in PA, anytime I am east of the border, I am filling my tank. This is a truck stop station but also caters to cars. It shares a driveway with a Dunkin Donuts so it is busy 24/7. Of course, they pump your gas in NJ so if you are reticent about this environment you don't have to leave your vehicle (and the DD has a drive-through too!). Gas here was the cheapest in this area on this particular day. Other stations were charging $3.11 and $3.12 --- here $3.09.”
“The pharmacist was the only man working behind the counter and there was a lot of people waiting around including myself. He worked sufficiently and quickly. I thought I would be standing there for awhile but he got to me within a few minutes. I haven't had a prescription with rite aid in a few years and I couldn't provide my insurance information but he was able to work with me so I was able to afford my antibiotics. I didn't catch his name but he was there today and he was literally heaven-sent. I've had such a horrible morning with the dentist and he made my day so much better and gave me the information that the dentist didn't provide for me which was even better!!”
“I'm leaving a good review for the cashier who tended to me because the cashier, I think their name tag said "may" on it but the receipt said Taylor, was absolutely pleasant to talk with. I needed some vitamin pills and didn't know where to find them so she helped me figure it out and then rang my items up. It's nice to see someone with a good smile and a positive attitude in the work place! The atmosphere she created was positive and welcoming and all together she is a great employee! 10/10 service and would go again.”
“I came in with my grandma to mail a package. It was a really big box, and we had trouble carrying it. But the manager Matt helped us bring it in. He was really helpful, and took care of everything quickly. Super sweet and nice especially towards my grandma. He made the whole process a lot less stressful. I really recommend!”
“This is our local Rite-aid, and it's one of the few pharmacies that carry my family's prescriptions. We've had a rough time getting ahold of of the pharmacy through the phone, as we kept getting bounced back to the main line with the option to select a department. After trying for a bit to long, we selected the "any associate" option. Justin, the cashier, answered, and personally ran back to the pharmacy, and asked them to pick the phone up. We were at the tail end of there pharmacy hours, so by the time he came back, they were closed. We entered the store 3 minutes later, and spoke to shift leader Rob, who accepted responsibility for this dis service, and heard us out. Ultimately, we will have to try out the delivery tomorrow, and we will be calling the front desk for service. This is not a review of the experience we had trying to get ahold of the pharmacy. This is a review of the professionalism we received from both Justin and Rob.”
