She took the utmost care in packaging them for me - very creatively, I might add! She saved me a couple bucks, which is always appreciated after the holidays. “Out of all the post offices I’ve been to I’ve never had such a wonderful experience as I did today. The gentleman working this morning was so genuinely friendly. I needed stamps and he noticed my stack of Christmas cards and asked if I wanted holiday stamps, then showed me all the different ones they had. We also exchanged some pleasant conversation. Overall I’ve never had a postal worker be so nice, most of the time they seem either miserable or disinterested being there.”

“We had to submit a passport application and could not make an appointment. The staff at the office graciously agreed to process our application. They were patient, meticulous, and kind. They even let me borrow the eyeglasses so I could better see how I was signing the check :-) Overall, I was very impressed. Fantastic folks! Thank you!

“I sent an envelope from here. It was white and I sealed it with a sloppy lick. I put a stamp on it. It was a bill I had to pay for my doctor visit when I had a bunion on my foot. The doctor was nice and smiled. Not sure why he wore a bow tie. I think bow ties are a little silly. They look d****”

I mention this because the last experience was horrible at the Deptford Post Office. If you are thinking about passports NEVER go to Deptford! Your day will go so much better at Bellmawr!”

It seems understaffed, and if they had to deal with half of the people in these reviews every day, I would be frazzled too. I've never had a bad experience here, and any long waits I had to deal with were other customer's faults, not the office staff.”
“Same problem as everyone else, but it's actually not the Post Office's problem. I spoke to a very nice lady there who has been dealing with this for eight years. My tracking said tracking says Departure scan en route to USPS, but the post office hasn't received it yet. it's still sitting in whatever Bridgeport UPS Innovations it arrived at. Very confusing, and unfortunate for the Post Office.”

On a Saturday visit, I ran into an unexpected issue with my debit card and was short on time, with the office closing soon. Thomas Lyons, the supervisor on duty, stepped in immediately not just with professionalism, but with real human kindness. Not only did he treat me with care and respect, he treated each and every person who came into that post office like a long-time friend.
I can honestly say that any negative reviews about this location should be taken with a grain of salt. People like Thomas Lyons are the reason I’ll keep coming back here. His calm demeanor, integrity, and warmth made a real difference.”
“Alexis was super nice. Went in to send off my son's passport renewal. I had an appointment; you must have an appointment. It was fast and easy. Don't forget your checkbook. Plus there's plenty of free parking right on the street.”
