“I have always had a good experience with Elmer Post Office. I have gotten a letter or two that weren’t for me over the last 25 years. But I have gotten a lot of mail that was right and sent mail many times. All those packages through all kinds of weather has been great. “I love my local post office. Could not ask for nicer people. I rarely know what I need when shipping, and they’re more than willing to help always. Everyone is pleasant, n extremely welcoming. My mailman leaves us a Christmas card, brings milk bones for my dog, and fixes the locks gate if he notices someone left it open. No businesses do these things anymore. I appreciate these small gestures.”

“I sent an envelope from here. It was white and I sealed it with a sloppy lick. I put a stamp on it. It was a bill I had to pay for my doctor visit when I had a bunion on my foot. The doctor was nice and smiled. Not sure why he wore a bow tie. I think bow ties are a little silly. They look d****”
“I always get good service. The employees are professional and courteous to me. I would give a five star except for the parking and access is difficult to carry packages up or down the steep stairs. There’s always a good chance my vehicle side mirror will be hit by passing traffic. Fold in your mirror.”
“Recently moved to Sewell from the shore area and was not receiving any of my mail. After two months of getting nowhere Scott rectified the situation immediately. Sewell Postal Service and all employees are to be commended. Thank you again Scott.”

“Same problem as everyone else, but it's actually not the Post Office's problem. I spoke to a very nice lady there who has been dealing with this for eight years. My tracking said tracking says Departure scan en route to USPS, but the post office hasn't received it yet. it's still sitting in whatever Bridgeport UPS Innovations it arrived at. Very confusing, and unfortunate for the Post Office.”

“Ashley helped me and was very quick to help look for my package that was sent to the wrong town. Other lady with black hair and glasses was moving the long line quickly thanking people for their patience. This was a 5 star post office trust me I've been to some super slow ones.”
“I would have to give the post office 4 stars for the nice Caucasian working staff at the booth. However, there is a very very very rude black lady working upfront. Just the thought of, I may encounter her makes me not want to go do services at the Chester post office. They should have cameras monitoring the staff. The big boss needs to check her under cover. I am a professional and understands customer service. She is not qualified to assist the customers. It would be so much better without her. Oh, And I am black as well. Shame on my own people (her).”
