It is generally overcrowded but is also described as one of the cleanest and friendliest ShopRites. The food varieties, especially in prepared meals, are called phenomenal. It features shopping carts that scan items to save time and a convenient section by the registers for quick stops with milk and pre-cooked items. The checkers at the registers are noted as being extremely friendly and caring. While decent prices and exceptional customer service ensure customers return, some aspects receive mixed feedback. The produce can be hit or miss, and some feel a much larger produce section is needed. The store usually has items in stock, often carrying things unavailable elsewhere. However, the lack of a single handicap or family bathroom is noted as a difficulty, and the floors are often described as slippery and a hazard. Overall, it is considered a wonderful store with its own unique personality.
Staff are professional, kind, and patient. Store is clean. Staff helpful to locate where item is that I am looking for. Self serve pay and cashier lines. All good.

Funny how they have that Tally inventory robot and for the first time in 15 years they have absolutely no light brown sugar in stock. Give somebody the job get rid of the robot.
