I attempted to visit this UPS store today to ship a package, but once again, it was closed during posted business hours. This is the third time I’ve come by when they were supposed to be open, and they weren’t. It’s incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.

I am not one to leave reviews, BUT I HIGHLY recommend the UPS Store in Mullica Hill. I called and had multiple questions about using them to print documents that I needed for a fundraiser and I spoke with Belal, he was EXTREMELY patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He had my order finished in a very timely matter and when I went to pick it up, the posters and flyers were PERFECT! I am so happy with the finished product!

The African American women with glasses at the front desk is extremely disrespectful and does not know how to do her job, while trying to get help from her to return my package she was scrolling on TikTok while talking to her!!! I mean cmon not only are you on shift but you’re also scrolling while taking a customer? Extremely rude

Unless you're doing an online return, stay away from this place. Counter employee had no idea what she was doing and I got charged $50 extra for fragile packaging for 24x24x24 box. Pack your own box

I’ve been to this location several times and have never had an issue. In and out-they scan my phone and scan the return items and I’m on my way!

Had the same trouble from this black girl before, just lazy don’t want to scan something because she’s busy. She says the machine is broken. The machine always seems to be broken when it’s time to close. It’s always those kind of people. I won’t return.
