I wanted to let you know that my husband and I received exceptional customer service! The Associate was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We got there around 6:40pm and it seemed like everyone else was shipping out packages at the same time?He helped us send out packages to our kids in college and my mother-in-law in Florida and he was helping other customers on the other register. He was very composed during a hectic time. He did a phenomenal job!I will definitely ship all my packages from this store from now on!!

I had to forward an amazon parcel for a return to this store as I was out of the country. The parcel didn't have the label and Belal helped me to get it processed online. Great service, thanks!

Just went into the store and the employee refused my package drop off because they didn't like the label they also refused to look up the label and reprint it for me. I wish I had a name but the employee was not wearing a name tag. I took the package to a different UPS store and they accepted it without any issue. Will not be using this store again.

My go-to UPS store in Mullica Hill never lets me down. They have great and respectable customer service. I never have an issue with any of my Amazon returns because they take care of everything for me!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I go to them for all my printing and shipping needs and they make everything SO easy! Hours are super convenient as well.

Paid for an extra mailbox key that still hasn't been made 2 weeks later. I'll get a notification that my package was delivered and yet they couldn't find it and I had to return the next day. This happened more than once. They'll have a huge line of people to attend to and only have 1 person attending to them while the other person is in the back.

Awful customer service !! I got there at 3:02 and they close at 3. I knocked on the door and said can I just drop off and the lady said to me I want to go home. Two min passed 3. Really ?? There was still a customer inside being helped no wonder they only have a 2.6 in stars.

Not a big problem but wanted something notarized and faxed, well it got notarized but kid faxed all the cover pages but forgot to fax the notarized sheet so I paid for nothing and my time sensitive documents were not received. The young man seemed confused and awkward with customers so maybe the owner may want to be on site to help train employees. The store looked like it can do many services so I would try again but I would pay more attention.

In regards to their notary service, they charge an outrageous amount. On one page requiring signatures by both spouses we were charged 30 dollars bc they witnessed two signatures (not how it works come to find out!!!). I was so shell shocked in the moment it didn’t register to debate it. What a joke. Walking into an accountant today and they don’t even charge AT ALL.

I called to check their Christmas Eve hours and their voicemail was full. Next I checked their website and it listed they close at 3pm. I drove from work in Delaware to the Mullica Hill location and they were closed before 2.45. There were 2 other upset customers in the parking lot too.

i tried to do an Amazon return and (to no fault of ups) i was told i have to package the return myself. i asked them how much it would be for a box and they literally have the nerve to charge people $25!!! for a large cardboard box. not to ship it, but literally just for the cardboard that you can buy at home Depot or Lowe's or Walmart for less than $2. they are blatantly way over charging and it's absolutely disgusting. they should be embarrassed.

?I receive each day by email what I am getting in the mailbox. For Friday the 30th of Sept. I was to get an important card from my granddaughter away at college, When I didn,t get it I went to the post office in MH and they really were no help. I waited until yeaterday hoping it would be in my mailbox BUT it was not. I am so upset, if it is not in my mailbox by Monday I don't know what I am going to do. This happens to us a lot and I am so tired of not getting help with our postal service. They need to find this card!!!!!!!
