I like this Aldi's, it's bigger than the ones I'm used to going to and it has a lot of selections of just about any kind of food you think about. Oh oh

Curbside pickup is a joke, don’t do it. No clear process in place, the app didn’t work, no employees available to help inside without waiting in the checkout line (why is why I paid for curbside pickup to avoid all of that in the first place). When I couldn’t find anyone to help, I found the curbside pickup fridge and took my stuff that I paid for in advance, and there were no signs saying employees only / don’t enter. Then on my way out the manager gave me a hard time for going in the fridge, implied I was using someone else’s account, and said I should’ve found someone to help. I want my 2 bucks back for the non existent curbside pickup along with the brain cells I lost from dealing with the manager during this experience.

Every time we come here and shop now it's always a great experience, good variety and I like the lay out of the new store and doesn't seem as crowded or packed meaning I get through smoothly. And most times has available boxes for carrying your groceries. Prices are still good, and a few times we bought produce has been really fresh!!! Its definitely an improvement over the old Neptune location, recommend as you will be happy.

If I could give this Aldi zero stars, I would. The Neptune location is an embarrassment to the brand and a slap in the face to the community. The parking lot and sidewalks are consistently covered in trash, broken bags, and litter—making it clear that management has no respect for their customers or the neighborhood they operate in. It looks neglected and dirty every single time I visit, which says everything about how little they care.
What makes this worse is that I have taken the time to fill out multiple surveys and send messages through their website, hoping that someone in corporate would take notice and address the issue. Every single attempt has been ignored. No response, no follow-up, no action. That silence speaks volumes about how Aldi views its customers: as disposable as the garbage piling up outside their store.
This location desperately needs accountability, but until Aldi decides to respect its customers and the community, I’ll be shopping elsewhere—and encouraging others to do the same. Neptune deserves better than this.

Was a good place until they banned me because I was standing in front holding a sign saying homeless and hungry, my 1st amendment rights under freedom of speech and which was in protest of being thrown out of, and shutting down, the Tent City homeless encampment behind ShopRite in Neptune NJ in Jan 2025....now they just suck...👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
