Update your hours so I don’t waste my time sitting on side of road! Time is money in this business. Don’t come on Sunday. Their website hours say 8am-12pm and the google and apple hours say 10-2pm showed up at 10 gate was locked, waited 15 mins and still lock. See ya! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Take your lawn mower somewhere else to be serviced. Bad customer service.Last winter, took my Honda lawnmower to be tuned up: replace spark plugs, sharpen blades, new throttle housing because lever broke and tighten up throttle cable. Spring came and no word about status of lawnmower. Attendant said waiting on throttle housing. I told him spring is coming and I need to mow my lawn. He said part would arrive next week. Week came and gone with no word. I called and he said part is not here. I told him I need my lawn mower. He said come and pick it up and when part is in we will call you. I picked up the lawnmower and the throttle cable is still loose. Lovely.Luckily I found a lawn service that does my lawn. And now my Honda sits unused in the garage since I picked it up at the beginning of spring. It’s now Dec and no word about my throttle housing part. I haven’t even bothered to call because I know I will get the run around.Don’t waste your time on this joke of a place that doesn’t care about customer service. Find a better place. Btw, the front desk is in chaos. It’s no wonder that probably my paperwork got lost. Lol

Called this place as its local to me and a Sthil service center. Explained the simple problem I had over the phone and the counter guy knew immediately what It was and promised to have it done in a day. 1.5wks later, they broke the saw while trying to fix it. "Sorry no charge" they said because they broke it. Unbelievable!!! Saw i purchased bran new from them years ago too! Barely any hours on it either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this place.

Arrived at 7:45 and saw three landscaping companies at the gate waiting for them to open...8:15 and still not open, why have 8am store hours if you can't have a single employee on time.

In preparation for the coming weeks, I had taken my snowblower here for service because it would not start. Was greeted by James and he assisted me in getting my situation solved. A few days later I had gotten a call to pick up the snowblower. For me, it was a good experience. Thank you, James, for your help.

This is the first time I have ever given a review good or bad. This was the worst experience with any type of service I have ever had. Dropped the mower 3 years ago for a year they told me it was fixed and they didn’t know where it was. I was told “it was probably at the other garage”. Then they found it and we’re going to tune it up again because it had sat so long that it would not start. I was always very patient because I knew the owner was battling a serious illness. Another year went by with calling every couple weeks with the same response “we have not gotten to it yet we will call you back”. Never ever received a call back for 3 years. Finally I said I just want to pick it up and forget about fixing it. First call back telling me to pick it up it’s in the way and needs to be removed. I went to get it and find out it had been sitting g outside had four flat tires parts been removed I assume for other repairs or they lost them and the engine is frozen probably the piston rusted in place. If you leave your equipment with them don’t expect it to be taken care of. I don’t know how they are even in busy anymore. The sales of new equipment must keep them going and maybe they cater to commercial accounts but not the average nice guy. Do NOT make the mistake I did and believe/trust that your being told the truth. They should be embarrassed knowing they treated a customer this way.Update 07-15-21 I took the mower to another repair shop who confirmed the engine and gear box are seized and it will now be more expensive to fix it than replace it. 3 years wasted being way to patient only to get screwed in the end. Lesson learned the hard way.
