Took my truck to this place of business and after truck had been washed and dried off left the wash to find out later that when they dried vehicle off they must have used dirty towels and put scratches all over vehicle . Would not take a vehicle there again and I suggest no body bring the vehicle to this wash

They do a good job when it comes to their hand washes. They could pay a little more attention to detail, I.e blowing air through the crevasses of the car to ensure all soap out, using a wheel brush every time, etc. If you have your car detailed often, their hand wash is a great in between to keep you car looking fresh. Their staff is always hospitable and eager to serve.

Had a special case needing a 'hand wash'. It's the only way to get dirt from under the roof rack. Came out with the roof just as dirty as when it went in. The attendant claimed the dirt would not come off.. Lol.. I wet my fingers and wiped it off right in front of him. They sent it through again. Should have washed it properly the first time...Beware.

Just pulled out of the lot. 36 dollars for an exterior wash, vacuum and tire shine. They only sprayed the tire shine on the top part of the tires and the interior looked like they never even tried to vacuum it. The only positive was that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. But I will not be going here again.Services: Tires

I came to this faculty on Saturday February 27th. Yes they do honor the military discount. I was on my way out of state to a funeral. Something told me to inspect my car this time bc I got the VIP promotion. Well my car was not vacuumed good. A bag that I had items in was thrown all over the car was not cleaned yes it was shining but it was not cleaned for what I paid for the manager said I could wait and they would fix it however I was already running late bc it was busy that day. I really want a refund and I have not been back. I feel as if my stuff was gone through and they did not take their time properly cleaning my car but I was charged as if they did a great job! Not good service. We have a company and 2 vans. We’ve contracted the plan for both vehicles and always we need the service we had problem and can’t wash the vans. In really disappointed and not recommend the place & also service. After all borings we’ve cancelled our plan with them.Service: Car waxing

BEWARE!! .. had my brand new all weather mats cleaned and they swapped them for old beat up mats ...and then basically accuse ME of lying about it .. they charge ridiculous prices on top of your basic theft ...DONT RISK IT .. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

I’ve been here three times because it’s so close to my house. I’ve paid for full service every time and I’ve never received what I’ve paid for. They do a poor job vacuuming and cleaning. Every time they’ve finished with my car I’ve had to point out specific areas that are clearly muddy or dirty after which they begrudgingly and haphazardly clean the missed areas. I wish I’d taken a picture before I pointed it out just so you could see how negligent the cleaning was. I’m never returning again but I thought I’d should warn everyone in the area that this place is a complete rip off. I’d recommend you spend your money somewhere elseServices: Polishing

So so job, Staff was Nice & pleasant. Place was clean, overpriced for the quality of work and i wont be going back. I Don't expect perfection but atleast make it Decent for the price. ??
