JC and Megan were always extremely attentive, helpful, and professional every time I spoke with them. They kept me informed throughout the process and were always available to answer my questions, which made the whole experience much easier.

The repair did take a little longer than originally estimated, but that was completely outside of their control. There were delays in getting some of the necessary Toyota parts delivered. What really impressed me was how they handled the situation — they made sure I wasn’t inconvenienced and even covered the additional rental car expenses caused by the delay. I really appreciated that level of customer service.

After picking up the car, I noticed one small detail with the spacing between the door and the fender. I contacted them, and they were immediately attentive and told me to simply choose the best day to bring the car back so they could make the adjustment.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the quality of the repair and the way I was treated throughout the entire process.
