I had to use extra space storage for a few months. I didn't have any problems, while there. I also didn't have any problems, closing out the Unit.

Josh B helped me get a storage unit! He was SO AMAZING like I would definitely refer him to anyone looking for a storage unit! He made my visit so safe and comfortable and I literally felt like I been coming here for years! I definitely RECOMMEND you seeing Josh if you have any questions or want to rent a storage. The reassurance he gives just makes you feel safe with renting. I would be looking for Josh with any further questions I have or any issues I may come across and I think YOU should too! I have been with this company for only one year. When I opened my storage unit I opened it paying only $31.98 for a small unit. Contract was suppose to be only for a year then increase in rent. Not even three months of paying for storage my rent went from $31.98 to $68.24. I just received a text that my next payment of a $123.68 was due this month exactly one year to date without any prior notice. They state that they send one last month which I never received. I decided to take my things out due to them increasing my storage rent quadrupled. That insane. Will not rent from them again.

This company is a complete Bate & Switch Fraud! When I got my first bill is was more than double what I had agreed to. Company told me that I agreed to have my price changed at any time, which of course I didn't. Regional Managers were both knowledgable about the fraud and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Avoid like the plague! Use Public Space Storage.
