The facility is SUPER clean, and we had the pleasure of working with one of the managers, Dan. He was extremely professional. All around, it was an excellent experience renting the unit and parking space.

I had a billing issue earlier today and when calling to get assistance with addressing my issue the gentleman that assisted me was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful right away. He communicated with me and updated me on what he was able to do to resolve the issue I had and he was just amazing!! Please give him the recognition and credit he deserves. Such wonderful customer service I apologize for forgetting his name!

5 months into rental the price doubles without an email notification…sent a small card in the mail probably lost in junk mail, who does that? Got my stuff out before the end of the month but was still told too late needed to give x amount notice and that’s written somewhere but I was told I would get back at least the increase. A month later… never happened. They kept my money for a full month after my belongings were out of the box. Not happy. I think I pursue this.

Friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient is the best way to describe the people at ez storage. Not only all of the above, but they made sure that I got the best rate, including my senior discount, and were genuinely concerned with what my needs were, and came up with the best deal based on that. In addition, this location, literally at the intersection of Route 33 and 18 is perfect to go just about anywhere.

Beautiful facility! The entire process from start to finish was easy. The staff is so nice, accommodating and answered all my questions. The unit was a nice size for what I needed, very clean, and easy to find. Overall, I had a great experience.

I just rented a unit from them last week. Fairly new, very clean, organized, and easy access. Staff was very polite, respectful, reasonable, understanding, caring, and had great customer service. The staff was willing to show me different size units and show me easy access ways. They also have elevators and a bathroom available. The woman who helped me was a new employee. She was only there for a week and did a great job. They were willing to look up different prices at different locations for me so I can find the best unit for my belongings! I'm very thankful to find a friendly, clean, and reasonable storage unit facility. It's also in a great location and very easy to find.
