I have been a member at so many gyms over the years and nowhere even comes close to Eze Fit! The coaches are exceptional, the ability to utilize multiple locations through Monmouth and Ocean County is amazing, and the workouts are strategically planned, organized, and will meet you at your level.

Three years at EZE Neptune and I'm a woman who hated working out. I absolutely love my workouts here and the boxing is my favorite!!! I'll never be a size 2 and I have injuries all over BUT the trainers take the time to learn and modify the workouts as needed. Sharye is an asset to this location

The trainers here are awesome, they push you as hard as you can go while still making sure nobody’s hurting themselves. They know what they’re doing here. I’m 2 weeks into my membership and I’m happy with the progress so far.
