Communicated several times with the man who was doing my nails that it was hurting while he was filing my nail. It wasn’t until I pulled my hand away he finally saw that he cut my finger from filing so hard. Not even saying, sorry he just says, “Wash your hands you’ll be fine.” Very disappointed with the service today, didn’t know I’d be paying to get hurt. Not coming back because of him. Poor customer service from this nail tech specifically.

My eyebrows were $12 & still had visible hairs that needed cleaning up , card was in the car they followed me insisting I leave my phone while I get my card FROM THE CAR I said no and pulled my car up , the lady is outside like she’s dialing 911 I paid and gave her a tip these people are broke and sad and hope they don’t do this to their first time customers who spend $12 !

It's a horrible place to go, the wife of the owner is not a nice person! And the people there wasn't do a good job with both

If I could give a zero I would. I went there to get my nail replaced because my tech was out of town for a while and the man who I spoke to flat out refused to fix it. He told me no. S*** service for a s*** company.

I stayed in NJ for about a month and got my nails done here twice when I was there. Their prices are extremely high and unnecessary! The nail work of the techs do not equate the prices they charge for their work. Their shaping was completely off each time, they NEVER made my nails look exactly like the picture I would provide them (an embarrassing what I asked for vs what I got situation), and they don’t even do powder (at least that’s what they said when I asked), but they want to charge me $130-$160 for such mediocre work. I only paid because I was in a program and that was the only salon they’d take me to and I’m one that absolutely NEEDS my nails done no matter what! I’m from the DMV and I normally go to a very professional high end nail tech who actually does powdered nails very well, his shaping is to perfection, and he always accomplishes any look I give him to perfection (if not better), and he charges me less than them… It’s ridiculous! He laughed when I came home from NJ with those nails from Hi tech and just took them off completely to get me right with a whole new set. I’d only recommend this place if you’re getting a simple pedicure, other than that I don’t recommend this place at all! They’re money hungry nail techs that don’t even do good nails.Services: Acrylic nails

I was with my sister and were black, and we were looking threw the nails and one of them just takes the basket aways and put it somwhere else. Then a white kid walks in with there mom and plays in the basket but doesn't get it taken away. Its just not fair...
