“My fiancé worked with Yetkin and Eimilie to create the custom engagement ring of my dreams!! I sent him a few pictures of what I liked -- an oval diamond with a halo around it and what Yetkin and Eimilie created was more beautiful than any picture I've ever seen online. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments I get on my ring on a daily basis. Everyone who looks at it says it's one of the most beautiful rings they've ever seen and I couldn't agree more. They were so amazing to work with and walked him through the process every step of the way, explaining everything and making sure he felt comfortable making such a big investment. He said it was surprisingly stress-free, all thanks to them. We also got our wedding bands from them and our families go to them for their jewelry needs (my future mother-in-law had them made beautiful custom diamond cufflinks for our wedding!). Their prices are very reasonable and they can work within any budget -- they don't do what so many other jewelers do where they mark up the price an absurd amount. You should 1000% go to them for an engagement ring or any jewelry needs, you won't regret it!”

Sam the owner is the best. He takes his time with you and is very trustworthy and his prices are very reasonable and he has beautiful unique jewelry. He also repairs jewelry and if he cannot do it he will find a way to help you out. He would go out of his way to satisfy you as a customer.. I highly recommend Malouf jewelers. It is the best jewelers around. I won’t go anywhere else ❤️”

“Updated Review. Previously left a lower review than need be. After two years of having my wife engagement ring there seem to be some small issues with the ring. I called Sean and let him know the issues. Sean's response was the following and I dont know if anyone could have been better. 1. Here is a fed ex label to overnight the ring back to us. 2. Renovated the ring at no cost to me. 3. Followed up with calls, emails, and pictures. 4. Did all of this when he didn't have too.I highly recommend this shop. Not only do they make the most beautiful jewelry, but their customer service 2 years after purchasing a ring from them has been unparalleled. Thank you Sean and team.”

I was told that they didn't have matcha though which is ok because this latte was delicious. This place happens to be one of the most popular locations because they are very busy at all hours. “We can be in Africa for 5 months, Indonesia for 4 months, etc. - we’re rarely at our base in St. Augustine…yet when it comes to a jeweler and finding my everyday long-term earrings purchased from Mertens years ago, my thoughts were “I need to contact Mertens”. I needed a backup or two or three ?, as I love these earrings. I finally contacted Mertens, they found them and shipped 3 pair to me. Leslie was fantastic to work with, professional and dependable and kind - patient as well while timing delivery to me once I was back in the US. Jessie was additionally top notch. I remember her - classy.For years, our every jewelry repair or purchase was done at Mertens. (Mr. Merten’s immaculate dogs would always be there and sometimes sat on a chair, so the first thing you would see upon entering was the face of one of his gorgeous, sweet dogs behind the counter. Loved that.)Mertens is the absolute best jeweler. They’ve been in beautiful Manasquan, NJ on Main St. since something like 1946. Thank you, Mertens!”
