If 0 stars was an option, definitely would choose that. Staff is not focused on patient care, rude and unhelpful. Don’t go and waste your time here, you will end up having to go to another location like I am to complete labs.

One good thing is I was a walk in and did not have to wait to long so that’s a plus, but the front desk office gave a very angry demeanor, which is not great is health care. Also the women who took my blood was more worried about her Supervisor being there and watching her doing her job that she missed my vein and now I have a huge bruise on my arm. So the women who took my blood was not professional at all. Other than that the facility was clean so that is a plus. Thank you

I had a great experience. I’m surprised they had such a bad reputation. The front desk woman, blonde was as efficient as a drill sergeant and very kind, warm and friendly. They texted me to come in right at my appointment time with no extra waiting.

I wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow however there is no way to contact the Neptune or the Oakhurst office except online. So I went online to both places to book an appointment and both places have that there are zero appointments available for the next two weeks So if you can't get in contact with anybody and you can't book it online I guess you're supposed to go to another company because LabCorp is not impressing me at the moment.

Was there for an appointment Monday, 14NOV at 1:30pm. Email with link that doesn’t work is sent for Check in. I went inside filled out a form on small computer and had to wait in my car. Was texted to come in 5 times in less than 1min they are ready for me. Girls, at the desk didn’t seems pleased to be there. Went to the room and I told the girl that I don’t like needles and to be careful. She decided right arm was best. I’m not sure what type of needle was used. As soon as she went in I was in pain and said, it hurts. I felt a shock/stinging or tingling feeling all the way down to my fingers. She stopped, tapped it up. Went to the left side arm. Got home as you see picture below right arm was still bleeding a lot. Left was just little. Today, is Thursday 17NOV and I’m still in pain on my right arm and hand with slight pain in my left arm. Definitely bruised on the left as soon in picture below. With my right arm trying to pick up stuff I get a shock/stinging up and down the arm. This doesn’t feel normal. Would not recommend this location.

My child Sophia is terrified of needles but Leo came in and made the whole process smooth. He even noticed her exzema and made the Robert band Comfortable. Later she noticed the stickers said smile maker and said that's what he was cause He made her smile. Great job thanks

Rude staff expect to wait 3-4 hours even if an appointment is scheduled. Never again. Do not take kids to this disgusting place.

What an incompetent company. They make up there own rules as they go. Please hire people that aren’t just plain stupid.
