I’m new to the area and was looking for a great salon to get my nails done. After trying a different salon and being unhappy with it, I decided to try Legendary Nails and Beauty and I’m SO happy that I did. Tyh was knowledgeable, honest and genuine. She took her time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be. Her salon is clean and inviting. You can tell that she really takes pride in her work and the product shows! Will definitely be back!

I love my pedicure that I got done at legendary nails and beauty! She took her time and customer service was awesome. That relax time was much needed for the dry pedicure 10 /10 great job!

I absolutely love my nails! Tyh has over 30+ years in the nail industry and is absolutely amazing at what she does. I received what I asked for and even more. The customer was great as well. The salon was very sanitized and staff was very nice. I will absolutely be back.

what i asked for is not what I received but i still Overpaid and tipped but won’t return. I did better at age 12 doing nails. so i cancelled
my full set and Idk what the “assistant” does but it’s not assisting when you’re not confident in what you’re doing. I’m thoroughly disappointed!! This design was so easy and basic .. how tf did i get this .!!?? Girl bye. and kept it polite.

I was in town and figured I could get a pedicure while visiting family. One quick Google search led me to this establishment. I called and they were able to take me the same day within a few hours. They specialize in waterless pedicures which I did not know was a thing until I got one. There’s ample nail polish colors to choose from. (They use DND polish.)
If you intentionally looking to support or a black owned business then look no further. The owner had some r&b hits playing in the background. I appreciate the time and attention to detail that went into my pedicure. There wasn’t an additional charge for them to scrub my foot which I typically encounter. If you are in a rush this is not the place to go to. Not once did I feel rushed so they could tend to the next client. Bookmark this salon for when you are looking to pamper yourself and can afford to sit around for an hour or so.
The biggest con is that they seem to only accept cash. I wish this information was shared when I booked because for this reason I was tempted to walk right back out once I arrived. An ATM is available a few doors down but if you are like me and don’t travel with cash unless you know you need it or don’t pay ATM fees then please be prepared and have cash on hand.

Wonderful place and amazing service! My daughter came to this shop after having her nails done horribly by a different shop. When I say the owner did her thing, she did her thing! I’m so happy we found her! We will definitely be returning. Here are some before and after photos of the work she did for my child.

I absolutely love it here! The customer service is exceptional! The owner is extremely professional & kind . She takes her time to make sure your nails are exactly what you want & they will last a long time . I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done.

Only good place in NJ to get a dry pedicure (waterless pedicure). Tyh was very thorough, will definitely be back.

I have been a customer for about two years. My nails always come out great. I always get a lot of compliments. Just this weekend while at a conference the women loved my nails so much they were taking pictures. The atmosphere is always pleasant and warm. I called this establishment multiple times within the last three days. The receptionist told me that the colorist was not available and would give me a call for a consultation. The women never called, and I have called them to ask. If she can’t take clients, say so time. It disappointing because I was referred here.

I have never written a negative review before - but the experience I had here was exceptionally difficult.My nail technician took two hours and ten minutes to do a UV gel fill (I’ve had probably 50 gel fills in my life, never once has one taken this long) and knicked my fingers repeatedly with the drill drawing blood twice.The shape came out quite uneven, and you can see through the white polish to the nail in large streaks on my French tips.When it came time for payment, I was charged an additional $5 dollars for a shape change even though I did not change my shape? In addition to an already $60 dollar manicure, which once again after 50+ manicures I’ve never paid so much for a fill - let alone a poor quality one where I was cut.I’m sorry to say this was a very negative experience that felt dishonest.

Pros: Beautiful salon. Staff is friendly. Owner/nail artist, Tyh, is amazing.Cons: Tyh is such a wonderful nail tech, she is in high demand so I’m not always able to book with her. But if I have the time, I don’t mind a small wait for an amazing job!Service: Gel manicures
