We were helped by Dana and she was absolutely amazing! Extremely nice and helpful didn't try pressing us to buy phones that were more expensive or anything. Last week I purchased T-Mobile Revvl 6 Pro and being I'm not smart phone savvy, Alondra was nice enough to meet me at the store and go over the list of things I couldn't figure out, with great patience She worked on my phone for over an hour and fixed everything I couldn't do. She also explained everything to me and answered of my questions Alondra was beyond helpful, professional and courteous! The sales girl lilliana was also very welcoming,helpful and extremely nice! I've been with T-Mobile for a long time and over these years, I've never had such an amazing experience I can't thank Alondra enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased a Moto G5 Stylus. While I was in the store manager Alondra amazed me the way she was multitasking. Alondra was transferring some info from my former phone and at the same time an employee from another location called and needed her help which she received from Alondra. While the employee on the phone was testing something a customer walked in and had an issue with his phone Alondra helped him while my phone was still transferring and while Alondra in between was still helping the Metro employee at a different location. Alondra is very impressive has a very cool and calm personality that makes you believe when she says no problem she means it.
