“Our MI-BOX rental transaction went smoothly from booking to pickup. Having the storage container at our home for two months was a game changer for our move. Clean, sturdy, weatherproof, good size for our driveway, and easy to open and close.”

“I’ve been a customer of Storage King USA in Neptune for several years and have always had a positive experience. Recently, an unexpected medical emergency prevented me from proceeding with plans I had just made for a storage unit. The facility manager was understanding and professional and took the time to bring my situation to upper management. They reviewed the circumstances and worked with me to reach a very fair resolution, which I greatly appreciated. It’s nice to deal with a company that combines good customer service with common sense and is willing to consider individual circumstances. I highly recommend the Neptune facility and its staff.”

“Nika and Nature make the process easy, seamless and make a stressful situation way easier to handle. Their employees are polite, do not smell like pot, and are efficient. I appreciate them and recommend them to anyone that asks.”
