My Frenchie was suffering from a low case of mange but thanks to Dr. Lorenzo & his staff my baby is 100% mange free and healthy with their suggested vitamins and supplements.

We were on vacation in Asbury Park for the very first time when our dog had a problem. I found Neptune via Google search and took a chance. They saw us immediately and took great care to diagnose and treat our dog, who they didn't know at all. When we got home two days later, our home vet said Neptune did everything right. Now, a week later, he is all better AND Neptune called just to check in. Unexpected and wonderful. Our thanks to the entire staff. We knew Asbury Park was a pet-friendly town, but never expected to have to put that to a test like this.

Only interested in the $ not the animals actual diagnosis. Suggested all kinds of additional referrals, rather then get to the actual cause of the animals actual health issue that was diagnosis by another vet by just a simple x-ray that determined the animals actual issue, and that service by the second vet cost less than my visit to the Neptune Animal Hospital.What has happened to the caring Veterinarian?

My 14 year old baby just passed away on 12/3/20i had three emergency call then first as being my vet always diverted me to the emergency hospital costing large amount of money not that I would have given up my world for her but this time thee was nothing that can be done so she passed away it has devested me this place always want to leave early or deal with simple issues I would never recommend this place at all worse vet I ever had

It can't be understated how much I appreciate the care given to my aging family member with multiple serious ailments. Even though I received awesome care from her last vet, I felt it was time for a change. My visit with Neptune Animal Hospital was well received by the staff and doctor, and my old gal said she gives them a " round of appaws"!

This place is horrible. Just called me on my way to an emergency appointment there with my cat! And they called me enroute to tell me they could not see my cat. Cause I told them my cat had a similar issue and I took him to Garden state veterinarian hospital years ago. So he called GSV and to find out what was going on with my cat then and GSV told them they have not seen my cat since 2011 and that I owe them a bill. So therefore Neptune animal hospital cancelled my emergency appointment while I was enroute with my crying screeming cat in the car! Neptune nor GSV should not have been discussing my financial situation as they have no idea what my financial situation is today and GSV in Tinton falls got paid cause they froze my bank account and took their money! So if my cat dies before I can get him treatment I thank you both for your inhumane treatment because $$$$ comes before care!
