Probably one of thee worst TD banks there is. Not only in Nj but in America as a whole. The ATMs are always down. The lines always long. Workers inside move slower than molasses

What a horrible branch. I felt like I was being punked. The manager and desk help are absolutely careless and shouldn’t be touching anyone’s money. Too long of a story to tell but , I did withdraw a lot of money after they would not cash a minimal check with all of the proper ID. Yes, I closed my account which was well-more than the check I was cashing value , they happily gave me so much more than the checks value and they did not see the problem with this .
I won’t go on but it got worse. TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF TD AND RUN. This is dangerous for fraud and business.
RUN before they lose or give your money to the wrong person.

Dishonest and rude employees. I was told that my savings account would have no fees. It ended up having a monthly fee. This bank is all about selling, and will lie to get what they want. I have since transferred all of my accounts to a credit union.

The ATM machines are being replaced at the TD bank I use. I needed assistance as I didn't have deposit forms. I needed questions answered and banking assistance. I received all I requested.

Terrible Tellers, Terrible Bank. Three Tellers began to scurry and scatter upon my entry. Two never came back as they went to hide and assist each other on simple tasks. Lastly, the shredded cushions you’re asked to take a seat on?! ?️ I’VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. Not at a Bank.

Want to hold every single check until it’s federally cleared. Set up direct deposit and it only worked one time. They tried to blame it on my place if employment, however my previous bank I used at my job never had an issue with direct deposit. The 3 checks I got after that I had to check at a check cashing place and would lose 20$ each time because if I deposited my own paycheck I would still have to wait for that to go through and I had bills to pay. I tried to close my account down and took out all of my money to make it a 0.00$ balance. The next day my account was at a negative 1.00$ balance because I was somehow enrolled for paper statements. I had only enrolled in paperless statements so it was ironic that it was randomly switched over after I tried to close down my account. My previous statements were only electronically sent. I was also never charged this fee before. After I called to have the dollar refunded they emailed me and told me the gave me a “courtesy refund”. I messaged them back and told them to check their records for my other statements and they would see I was never enrolled in paper statements and it must have been a glitch in the app. They finally closed my account down a few days later. I have never had issues like this with any bank before. I also hear good things about TD Bank from other people. However, for me that was not the case and I will never use this bank again.

This is the WORST bank on the planet! I've used 4 different banks in the past and I'd never experienced the inconveniences and disrespect that i have with TD Bank. Do not bank with TD unless you want your life ruined!!! On top of that they have the worst customer service!

went in person because i was having trouble online… the tellers are sweet but it took 2.5 hours to open a savings account… they need way more help here

Avoid !! Go to another branch. They give wrong answers to questions, along with waiting 20 minutes for a teller in lobby yesterday.“America’s Most Convenient Bank”Hahaha

I recently had a problem with my account and both Digi Ana and Tracey from TD's Branch at 2200 State Route 66 in Neptune NJ handled my concerns with excellent customer service. I'm extremely satisfied with TD Bank and look forward to many more years of outstanding service. These two employees should be acknowledged.
