I’ve been living at the Pointe for just over a month! The community is very nice and chill. The maintenance team member Joey has been very helpful during this transition. Furthermore the leasing office staff has been great with communication.

A nice and inclusive community. The Pointe at Neptune is a beautiful apartment complex with employees who actually care about you. They are exceptionally considerate and helpful when issues arise with anything and everything! They made move in a breeze and welcomed our military family with open arms

Great community and property management. However, be sure to thoroughly document the condition of your apartment when you move in (pictures etc.). Despite the older condition of our rugs, we were charged to completely replace them and charged re-paint the apartment. They took over half of our security deposit.
