I thought I had previously reviewed this fantastic UPS store but I must not have. I want it recognized how GREAT the customer service is in this location! The gentleman that works here makes me want to be more customer friendly at my own job - that’s how great he is! If you worked here, you could never be mad his energy is so infectious! I mean he must see a lot of tired burned out crabby faces that just want to drop something to return or ship and cross it off their list- but these gentlemen do not match your energy that uplift it! It’s really refreshing and a real pleasure to do business with these guys! If customer service is number 1, this guy needs a huge raise! I want him to come work with me!!

Charlie, the owner is a top tier person who gives the best service with the kindest smile and hired a likeminded team who each goes above and beyond to make your experience positive. This is my go-to UPS location!

I gotta hand it down. I got a whole new family at this particular UPS store. The whole team really look out for you. They go above and beyond. Always pleasant and helpful. Especially a man in there named Gucci. This man went out of his way to assist me and letting me no a very important piece of mail was delivered. Hand claps to you gucci, thank you so much.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
