It’s always something going on prolonging my time. If it’s not the cappuccino machine getting stuck or not loaded then its the missing marshmallow if not missing marshmallow it’s the cup sleeves and they haven’t had cup sleeves for about 5 days now I’ve been using double cups! This is so irritating.

The only reason I'm giving the service any stars is because the other employees were not at fault.. I had the bad luck of going when Diane was at the register. I asked if she could break a 50 and she was so nasty to me, even the guy behind me shook his head in disbelief. When I asked, after waiting there for 3 minutes while she was in the back room, she said I HAVE NO IDEA I JUST GOT HERE!So uncalled for an undeserved! Come to work with a better attitude Diane

Took forever and the service took forever,they forgot my milkshake and it took atleast 45 minutes,the guy didn't make our pizza 30 minutes after.truly

Store is filthy dirty. Look up- soot, mold, stained tiles. At least 5 flies around the food. Staff is slow, too busy talking and cursing vs. working.

No ice coffee, okay. Regular coffee it is. No stirrers. I guess I'm supposed to stir it up with my tongue. Dirty wawa, almost has the slummed up Neptune location beat. Almost.

Idk if this’ll help in the grand scheme of things but this store really needs to have someone at the delivery desk making the DD/uber eats orders. I wait at least 20-30 minutes for the orders and there’s hardly anyone at the counter for about 95% of that time. If you are gonna allow deliveries please have someone ready to make them as time is money for me and other delivery drivers.

Tahara displayed the best customer service I have ever received at a Wawa. She put her whole heart into them chicken tenders. I’ll only go back to this location to see Tahara. She was working late at night and still had the energy to greet us. Tahara deserves a raise immediately.

Staff is very helpful and friendly especially Jazz, The Pretty Smiling Woman At The Register Along With Sal (Manager) Anthony (Manager), Lakesha, & Nyquan(Deli) Bathrooms are clean. Food is carefully prepared. Coffee is Always Fresh !

It was ok I guess, but the lines are to close together, which is not good. I really don't eat the subs so I couldn't tell you about the customer service there. The self checkout machine is the best. More innovative and efficient. I'm far from the owner of wawa, but if it was me, I would move the lines further apart.

Come in overnight for coffee, coffee is like mud 80% of the time.Undrinkable and they don’t even offer to make a new pot. Girl at register is super unfriendly and rude.

Absolutely terrible. 20 minutes for a 4" hoagie.
