“Starter died while getting gas at Judy Bloome rest stop, had tow company take my truck to Russ auto repair based on recs I found here. I was NOT disappointed. Very honest and fair operation. Got me right in, called for pricing on new and refurb starter to give me options, started removing dead starter while waiting for new part delivery, immediately installed new starter and sent me on my way. VERY, VERY honest. If you are in the area and need vehicle service, you will be very happy having service done here.

“A long wait for a “recall evaluation” - dealership determines whether recall part is necessary - if yes, then they order the part needed, then I have to come back AGAIN! Another LONG wait quite inconvenient.
