After contacting George H my sales associate, leaving a message and never getting a call back after almost 2 weeks knowing my appt was coming up I called again a few times and then thankfully got in touch with the right people. Danny F (sales manager) was nice enough to take care of the rotation and oil change even though I was 3 weeks past but the best part was Antoine in service! He was so nice and refreshing and even checked for a possible recall on the vehicle! Also kept me in the loop during my appointment and went over everything in detail with me the car was clean and all covered, Made me feel like a valued customer.”

During that time he has been courteous, honest, reasonably priced and great about communicating when the cars are done, what was wrong with them, what he did etc. Russ have never tried to sell me on any jobs my car didn't need and even talked me out of a few I thought I might need that he was able to work around and get it done for less money.
