Ever since Amy original owner left and sold the business to foreigners the level of accuracy has become speed driven the professionalism has fell by the wayside and the direction of child development is headed for a dead-end! The new owners are thieves and cowards hiding behind the children they hire with no experience and credentials to guide and redirect our children! The constant injuring mishaps, stolen items from clothes pampers jewelry, processed food quality, lack of awareness and proper understanding of nurturing and behavioral development is to name a few of the ongoings in this circus theyre running! They prefer staff that have no skills over qualified people for the job because they refuse to pay more than minimum wage when the standard price per child is $400!! No improvements have been made to the facility classes dietary needs or employee support in fact it has regressed to a lack of substance in professionalism and service. My childs behavior has become intensely aggressive using language in contexts I didnt teach! Or her health declining from feeding things I prohibit or injuries they cant seem to explain that makes any rational sense or like today being told her gucci sweater took 30 mins to find!! Only thing they seem to do right is send out invoices for each service that lacks luster on time each month!! Concerned parents do yourselves a favor if you value the welfare of your children ENROLL SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I do NOT recommend sending your kids here at all. I went here for a job interview and they had me sitting in the infant classroom to see how everything worked and most of the teachers would completely ignore the babies when they cried or tell them to shut up. I am not even sure if it was infant or a toddler class because they literally had a 2 month old baby laying on the floor while I was toddler running around the class. The teachers completely ignored me and would just talk about what they did over weekend which was completely disgusting topics. As I was leaving the facility I saw employees or whoever it was literally sleeping all comfortably with their feet out in the break room. The whole place seems completely unprofessional and as a mom myself I would 100000% not send my baby here.

Worst place to have your kids!my son was treated poorly and teachers would use bad words constantly. When my son asked for help with homework the teacher told him "my son can do his homework by himself and better than you" that was not it but when my son told the teacher "I was just asking for help because in the other place I used to get help" the teacher answer was "that was over there".Completely unacceptable, I changed my son to a different school.

If I could give negative stars I would. The administration and staff are terrible from top to bottom. They bullied my literal 4 year old. They bullied me. Literally refused to take my tuition payment, literally put my card back in my hand and then told me I had to make my account current of it'll go to collections. Honestly, leave your kid at home with the dog. You'll have more peace of mind. My worse mistake in life was ever sending my child to this school.

My son LOVES going to school and it is because of the wonderful and thoughtful care he receives. They educate the kids from an early age so my son learned to count to 12 and the alphabet by the time he was 20 months. I plan on sending all of my children here. We could not be happier with this place.

Both of my children had a wonderful learning experience in a place that they felt safe and loved. All teachers and staff welcomed us every morning and made drop-off a breeze, even on challenging mornings. Now that my youngest is off to kindergarten in the fall, we will miss our teachers at Kiddie Academy in Neptune. Thanks for all that you do!

Would of gave this place a negative as well they are rude and money hungry shell swipe your child care card so that child care resources pays them for the whole week whether their there or not and still try to send you Bill for childcare long after your childs gone saying something wasnt paid for dont let the appearance of this place fool you the reason you cant walk right in the front door is not for your child safety it's so you dont see all the nasty stuff they do with your child like let them eat of the ground and use the stuff you brought on another child this place should be shut down

Would give them a negitive if I could. From bed bugs to giving my dairy intolerant daughter formula when she is breastfeed. This place was so bad we pulled them out after a month.

I love love love this daycare center. All 4 of my children went here. My oldest is 10 but is in regular school now. I love how they interact with parent's, staff and children. The best daycare ever you won't regret it. and the bus may I say is fantastic the driver is always on time maybe 30 seconds off schedule. They have taught my children so much since they went here. I never have any complaints my children come home everyday clean the same way that I sent them to school in the AM , full of learning and love.
