“I use this CVS for everything, especially the pharmacy. They always have medications that are hard to get, back-ordered or that have shortages. I always deal with the two gentlemen in the pharmacy. One has glasses and one is tall with dark hair. They are both exceptional when it comes to pharmacy operations. They are patient, informative, friendly, they remember me and my meds whether it’s in person or on the phone and always give my daughter a lollipop and ask me first! They have a sense of humor which I appreciate.They don’t give me a hard time about asking for OTC items via drive thru and when I go inside, they deal with every customer in the nicest manner and never judge! The store itself is well-stocked with ulta products like olaplex, skincare, makeup…for the same price (prices also comparable to Amazon)! They have an all natural beauty section which are hard to find. My only critique is sometimes you have to wait if you don’t use self-checkout and need something up front behind the counter. All employees are nice and helpful!”

The employees are very helpful & kind.The pharmacy manager Noor Younis is an amazing ,caring human being & BRIAN is a very compassionte young man.They both went above and beyond to make sure I got my sick baby the medications she needed to get better , while I was having a bad stressfull day! And, I will never forget that !

Last thursday I was overwhelmed when I stopped at walmart drive thru to pick my baby medications 2 hours before closing time , to find out it was very expensive and I didn't have much time to figure it out but the manager with Bryan patiently help me figure it out with respect & kindness. My baby is better now! THANK YOU TO NOOR YOUNIS & BRIAN ! THANK TO WALMART PHARMACY!

“I had my night ruined dealing with a rude shift leader at the Walgreens, W. Main Street, Freehold who lacked any sense of competence or customer service. It was one of those interactions where you wonder how people are still employed. We’ll call her JS.

Tired from a long day, but more mentally drained dealing with JS’s attitude, I happen to pass another Walgreen’s location in Freehold and decided to attempt my errand one more time. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Stephanie was incredibly helpful - both kind and nice, offered extra help, and incredible professionalism. When your night is going wrong, it’s so nice to see something going right - this is what quality customer service looks like. Thanks Stephanie! I told manager Darell, “give her a raise!”
