Brought our Nero EV in with a tire leak, thinking it's safer to take an EV to the dealership. Two hour wait for a tire plug! $54 dollars. Next day same tire was at 19psi. Ugh! Lesson learned. Stay clear of this place. They lie!!!

Terrible service. They overbooked too many cars at once. It's makes the service time go twice as long. This is the second time that I have to go up to the desk and ask if my car was done and it happened to be done for 30 minutes. They told me they didn't give me my keys yet because I didn't fill out the form yet that they sent over text message. I told him I didn't receive a text message from them. They said that they would resend it when I told the guy that I was very frustrated that I was waiting for my car when It was done this whole time, he made lots of excuses that he was the only one there but every time I looked out he was just sitting there, talking to his coworkers. The other Kia is booked out till November but I will wait a month to go to them because I know I won't be waiting all day and they will at least keep me updated. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I contacted them because I got a vulture in the mail. I explained to the girl I broke my back and like to get the leg work done before I come there ( meaning paperwork and credit check ) she assured me this can be done. She text me the application I filled it out along with a co-buyer ( my husband ) I also sent pictures of the car, a bill to verify the address, and all pay stubs. I received text from 3 people and I thought I was talking to a salesperson. I was not. Then I spoke to a credit specialist he told me he would call back and never did and found out he was a regular salesperson. When we got there after an hour drive and a broken back. We were directed to a salesperson that was off for 3 days and had no idea what was going on. They never did the leg work I say before coming there for my appointment that was made on the 31st and my appointment was a week later so all week they jerked me around. Come to find out after sitting there for an hour the information I was told could have been told over the phone and saved me a long trip there. ( yes I denied the deal they came up with ). This dealer use to be great and now they need to get their stuff together and communicate better. I dealt with them for 15 years and bought 4 cars from them well no more I will never go back they are going downhill in customer satisfaction and sympathy for others.

Decided to try the dealership for routine maintenance as my dealer couldn't get me in for weeks. Glad that I did. Easy on line scheduling, same day appointment by good chance. Justin was professional, friendly and kept me informed the whole way. His attention to small details (ie making sure my rubber mats were latched after they were washed amongst others) makes this Scorpion Stinger owner satisfied. I will be using them in the future.

They lied to me from all three locations cause me and my wife a day of work, because they promised if we came down with a certain amount of money we would leave with the car. It was nothing but a lie. It cost me a day or pay her a day or pay gas to go to every location And that they were rude and arrogant on top of it and we left with no car and then they would not share their information to their other branch their affiliate branch, so made me go through the whole process all over again three times they are liars. I would never recommend them to anybody not to mention very rude and arrogant.

I know there's a lot of bad reviews on this but i need to talk about Mr. Mark who helped me here on dec 29th 2022! So I went to about 14 dealer ships looking for a Kia seltos, and if you've been car shopping your know (due to a chip shortage) their almost impossible to find. I called this dealership on a last hope resort since i didn't have a car anymore, due to it being totaled, and they had the exact model and COLOR i was looking for. Since the other dealerships i had gone to where so cold and mean and clearly just looking to make there quotas, also leaving with no luck, some even lied that they had the car and didn', i went into this dealership with a little hope. As soon as mark greeted me, he was very kind and genuine! He was completely straight up from being to end, never once did i feel like i was in a dealership with vultures, he told me how it was everything i need to know, was very honest and even helped me with understand how to build my credit back up, TO GIVING US PIES! The experience was wonderful and i have been recommending people to go there if there looking for a Kia to mark AKA: the pie man ! Fantastic experience thank you mark !!!

I don't know who's writing these 5 star reviews, but the sales team couldn't be more rude and condescending for no reason. When they tried to sell me the more expensive car $10,000 higher than my budget I wasn't being rude when I said I can't afford that. I was being honest. So why get all mean and rude? Makes me sad that these people think they're better than anyone else and can just treat you like garbage.

Waited 7 hours. (7) for a recall adjustment on exhaust zero communicating by the staff 7 hours for a 2 hour install absolutely unexceptable no apology try to blame me when at arrival I was told 3 maybe close to 4 hours knowing that I sat 7 plus hours later got to leave, I wS told I had to have them do the job because they already ordered the part. Never will recommend will try freehold next time

They sold or leased us a used car, the passenger window was not working they told us they would fix it after three visits and told us it was fixed, it was still not working. Then the Attitude started, and the lying said part will be here no this day and the day came and went and attitude got even worse and so did the lying. I would never recommend this place service is the worst and so is the employees. Maybe get some more trained people

I have been shopping around for a specific car for a while. I called this dealership who told me they had that exact model in the color I wanted with the same color interior I was looking for as well. I live over an hour away and can't find it in my area but was willing to drive there if they really had it. I spoke to a woman on the phone the first time who told me they had it and I could come see it whenever I was available to do so. I called back about an hour later to double check that they had the exact car I was looking for before driving an hour to go see it. The woman put me on hold and went to go double check and came back stating the car was available and on the lot. I drove OVER AN HOUR to see it and once I got there was told the car wasn't available but they had a car in that model with a different interior color. I explained to the man what I was told over the phone and he said he would double check. He was working with other customers but gave me a thumbs up as if he had found the model I was looking for then again told me they don't have it. A woman tried to find another dealership in the area they could get for me but couldn't and at that point it was almost closing time and nobody could do much more to help. After reading some other reviews I saw a lot of people experienced the same thing and honestly it seems like they just say whatever they have to to get people through the door. We wasted over an hour of driving while we were fasting (for ramadan) and we didn't even get to break our fast with real food because we were on the road. Very disappointed and I really hope they don't waste people's time like this intentionally.

Stay away. Bought at least 10 cars at this dealer over the last 25 years. Kept coming back due to me being a happy customer With no problems. As of yesterday they lost my business. Received a txt from what I was told was from S.Sansone. It was what is considered a bait n switch. The deal he offered was not followed thru once I made appt. with Randy. So if anyone is getting these txt messages with offers you will be disappointed !

I called before coming into your dealership regarding a particular car. I was told it was still there. I specifically asked if there was anyone there looking at it or in the process of being sold. Again, I was told repeatedly that it was not being sold and it was available for sale. I made an appointment and showed up about 30 minutes later. That's when Mark "the pie guy" told me it had been sold that morning. I figured they thought they could sell me on anything once I got there. If the dealership is dishonest about something so simple as "is the particular vehicle available right now?", they will be dishonest about everything else. I can't trust them to sell me a car and I won't buy from them.

Service sucks. No return calls and when I get through they have no idea what's going on. I bought the car there and wanted to go over service options. The service person only wanted to talk unintelligible jibberish about something else instead of going over my warranty like I asked. I'm considering getting another car but this place is the ultimate last on my list.
