A dealer and another repair shop said a new engine was needed on my 2013 Prius V; the latter offered to “dispose” of car at no cost (I suspect they would have repaired and sold it). Extensively researched shops specializing in hybrid engine repairs:

Kyle, Walko Hybrid Technician fixed my car in 2 weeks (after sitting in my driveway, for 1 year). Asked me for car symptoms:
• Check engine light displayed;
• Engine revved, without me pressing on gas;
• Jack hammer or slight fluttering noise, when accelerated from a stop (due to coolant leaking into engine and then drying up); and
• Diagnostic codes from my T-Mobile tool (engine misfires).
He provided details and pricing for me to make needed decisions. After repairs made, my car drives like new, even though it has 226,000 miles:
• Head gasket replaced;
• Water pump replaced;
• Brake master cylinder module replaced; and
• Damaged engine cylinder repaired by machine shop.
Any NJ hybrid owner, who needs car repairs should go to Walko. You won’t regret it!”

“I first met Dave Matticoli about a decade and a half ago when I used to sneak out with my Dad’s car in high-school and invite mischief ? whether it be hitting a deer (2x), reversing no into a stationary object or even being hit in the rear by another driver in New York, Dave has been there for all my mishaps. Gino Auto Body has not changed a single bit. Every time I fixed my car with Gino I was able to forgive myself as well because it was like the damage never occurred. As a true Local Guide on Google I can vouch that all these reviews for GINO’s is 100% real and they go above and beyond for each and every customer. If they quote you and don’t promise perfection I would not sweat it because they have very high standards. Whenever Dave told me “this was the best I could “ it truly was. Thank you Gino’s for being a true gem in the Autobody automotive industry. I have recommend numerous friends to Dave’s shop who have all had a positive experience as well. God Bless!”
“Allen Heyman did an excellent job in explaining features of the 2022 BMW X4-M40i and answering our questions regarding options. The purchase process was nearly seamless with meaningful input by the finance manager John. We ordered a new vehicle from the factory and the 4+week delivery time was better than expected. Looks like we may need to return for a minor hood adjustment since it does not button down smoothly. Overall we had an excellent experience from start to finish. It is unfortunate that there are so many supply disruptions being experienced by all auto companies and dealerships. I highly recommend the Bridgewater dealership based upon customer curtesy and product knowledge from both the sales and finance personnel.
Jose was excellent at the drop off and check in. I just completed 1-year service since the purchase last August 2021. Service was completed on the same day as drop off and returned the loaner vehicle. The service department dealt with the two vehicle recall notices and adjusted the hood closing mechanism.
My 2-year service in September 2023 was very efficient and completed in a timely manner as I waited. Jose processed the check-in and my pick up of the vehicle. I will continue to give very high consideration to purchasing my new vehicles at Bridgewater BMW due to the dealership and its excellent service department. Cannot go wrong.

“A whole piece of my car broke off while I was driving and I brought my car to this location today expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed but ended up getting it done for free. The management, the people at the front desk, and others who work there are extremely kind and helpful and wouldn't accept any payment. I tried multiple times to pay with cash or card but was denied each time. Their kindness and generosity has left a lasting impression on me. Will be coming back next time my car has issues. Please feel free to charge me extra then!
Also, as a side note, there is a person below me with the initials K.B. who gave this location a 1 star review - I would like to note that their review is extremely flawed and one sided. I was standing behind this person in line in the morning when I drove my car in to get fixed. They were pretty rude and to be dead honest I was impressed that the front desk and workers managed to talk to him, he was getting on my nerves and wasn't even talking to me. The team was really kind to him the whole time as well. He was borderline screaming the whole time and stormed out the door when a technician brought jumper cables out to help. The jumper cables were brought out in case there was an issue starting the car (as stated by the notes left behind by another technician), not because the car wouldn't start and not because they were trying to sell an extra service.”

However, the folks at Champion were able to repair the original tire for only around $30. As a result, they saved me a ton of money. “There are car repair shops and then there’s Flemington Auto. My car’s battery died in the evening. I was able to go online and make an appointment for 8 am the next morning. I had to have the car towed there. They took me right in. The manager on site, Ray, I think, was uber efficient. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me BEFORE they started work. I cannot recommend Flemington Auto enough. I will be back because of Ray and the great team that work there!!”

Estimate was quick, they work with enterprise nearby so they come pick you up and you can drop off the rental at Branning which is a plus! The have their own calibration capabilities for BMW incase anything wrong with the sensors - They are responsive as well, always pick up calls and call back. I would recommend them for anyone in the area.”
