This was there first time using PODS. The drivers were good. The communication was very reliable and timely. They adjusted well to some changes in dates. The pack and load service partner was excellent.

Marcelo made my first time PODS rental experience great. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Marcelo made sure I was comfortable with the delivery by calling ahead, arriving on time and answering all questions. It was a pleasant experience.

Like many others, I had a great delivery experience with Marcelo delivering the PODS container. Marcelo was very professional, efficient, helpful and friendly.
He skillfully positioned the container to the exact location where it was most beneficial for it to be, offering suggestions on advantages/disadvantages for different locations.
My experience with PODS was very positive and I will continue to use their services.
My only nitpick is with limitations with the website. Unless I missed how to do it, there was no way to schedule the service while logged into my account - I needed to do it while not signed-in, forcing me to enter information that PODS already had on file. Certainly not a major thing and probably could have been avoided by calling to schedule the service.
A definite thumbs up for the PODS service!

Not allowed to load pods at facility after 3 p.m. doesn't make sense. Pod moved across the country in 5 days but is now going to take a over a week to be delivered the last 45 minutes to my house. Why??? What a waste of time. Just sitting there for over a week doing nothing, Unacceptable.

Marcelo Silva did an outstanding job delivering our 8 ft POD with respect, professionalism, and efficiency. He called ahead to confirm the best placement, arrived on time, and handled everything quickly and in an organized manner. I truly appreciate the positive experience of moving my daughter’s college apartment from out of state to our home, and I’m grateful for such a professional and knowledgeable delivery team.

There are a lot of choices and factors to consider when moving your family across country. Particularly when you don't know exactly where you'll be once you get there. Being able to pack our PODS in sequence, have them stored until we knew where our new house was, have them shipped closer to our temporary housing, and then have them delivered to our new home and serve as on-site storage and unpack on our own timeline was priceless.
Everyone we interacted with during the PODS moving process was kind, friendly, and professional. The drivers were great and answered all sorts of questions and offered very helpful advice. The online portal was a quick and easy way to move orchestrate every new step of our move. And the emails from PODS were a great reminder of where we were in the process and what our next steps were.
Very satisfied with our PODS experience and would recommend them to anyone considering a move across town or across the country.

I got charged for an extra monthly rental of PODS when it was never my fault.
PODS doesn’t know how to manage customer & brings on all other hidden charges after the delivery which was never properly explained.
I would never recommend anyone further to use PODS.

Run far far away. Customer service is the worst!!! If you want to be put on hold for over an hour only to get no
resolution whatsoever then this is the place to go

So far so good. Marcelo our drop off driver was great. Perfect and careful placement of the POD exactly where we needed it in our driveway.
