Cheaters, will charge you unexpectedly, deliver missing products and claim will reimburse you peanuts.
This is the most distrustful company I have ever seen in the United States.
Their Senior Relocation Analyst & Logistics Manager - John Capella will assured me with a quote# 3889425 for $2028.00 for relocation from MD to TX. The quote was for 300 ft3 and listed a Sofa Set, TV, TV Table, Coffee Table, Bins, Office Chair, Office Table, 2 Bed Frames with footboard, and 22 medium Boxes.
When the movers arrived on the day of pickup (the company was Imovers LLC NJ) they said only 33 boxes occupied the 300 ft3. I repeatedly called their customer service line and Natalie (Allegiance Customer representative) agreed "I was paying for dead air since the movers do not stack up the 3rd row".
Imagine their estimation capability was off by 40%. I had to leave behind 70% of the items listed in the quote. I had to leave my Sofa Set, TV Table, Coffee Table, Office Chair, Office Table, Bins.
On top of that, I had to pay an additional $838 to Imovers LLC NJ to include bed frames and TV. Imovers lost 5 boxes and parts of bed frame. They were compensating with 0.60$ per pound. Imagine you getting $31.50 as reimbursement from imovers for bed frames worth $900.
These people are cheaters, they want your money and will provide no support when movers arrive and rip you off in money.
Don’t waste your money, don’t go with this company.
Go with the actual moving company and not crook brokers like these!
Move size: 2 Bedroom Home
Service cost: 2928USD

They repeatedly ignored the first delivery date I gave them. They lost two tables, broke a mirror, and a plate.

If you find out this is your movers through Amerisafe, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ask AmeriSafe who yours movers will be. I felt scammed by this company, i got an estimated moving quote with AmeriSafe then later on with them I got double charged, my stuff were not even handled with care! They were damaged, and they demanded I pay in cash for delivery and even asking for another $200 on delivery. It’s ridiculous how much charging they were asking me as it was already part of the amount I’m paying to do their job. This is a fraudulent company, avoid at all costs!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They claim to be a licensed moving company, yet the men moving our things told us they are from Craigslist. They took weeks to respond about when our things would arrive and when they finally did arrive everything was damaged or completely broken. Absolutely nightmare.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst company I have ever dealt with, all of our stuff came damaged, smashed, fluids that weren’t even ours all over our stuff. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They tell you a price then change it when it comes to loading. Then when they deliver it they ask for more.

Movers tried to get me to pay in cash the last payment ($1,500). The mover also tried to hug me and called me “his sister” to make me friendlier. HIGHLY unprofessional. DO NOT USE!Second star only due to quick travel time.

This company moved my furniture and belongings from one state to another. They quoted me, after I gave them a listing of my furniture, the amount of rooms I had to move, including the garage and the amount of boxes I would guesstimate that I had to move. On moving day, they began to load up the truck then told me the cost was going to be higher than their guesstimate. The cost went from $3800.00 to $11,000 dollars. My lamps arrived broken, as well as my furniture didn't arrive for a week later which they never disclosed to me. Some pictures which I paid them to pack, ($1000.00 for some pictures and a few boxes in the garage, about 3)were also broken! They also took my hand truck! Then, when I tried to reach them and tell them about the items that were broken and missing they wouldn't answer my calls . They should be ashamed of themselves! I do not recommend them!

My husband and I were connected to IMovers through Allegiance (HORRIBLE Broker, do not use them) for our move from Washington, D.C. to Austin, Texas. Upon arrival to our home, the estimated price increased 60% based off the foreman believing we required 1200 cubic feet instead of the 680 estimate Allegiance had provided. That may have in fact been true, but we have no way of knowing. Thus we signed the binding visual estimate. The individuals who packed our home took over 8 hours to pack up a 900 sq ft home and took very little care in putting our items in boxes. For example, they literally stuffed our hanging items into warddrobe boxes without hanging them. They had no TV boxes, so wrapped our 60 inch TV in blankets and broken down boxes. They left tape rolls everywhere. And, after eight hours of packing the foreman said we were already over 1200 square feet and could not take anymore of our belongings. I later realized we had signed BINDING visual estimate once they arrive at our home- he could not simply cut us off nor charge us more money if the volume exceeded 1200 cubic feet. Unlike others, we were fortunate to receive our shipment relatively quickly and the two individuals who arrived to unload us were kind and hardworking. However, we noted a number of boxes that are missing and now cannot get a response out of IMovers. My husband has called them probably 10+ times, they have never answered his calls. We've now filed a complaint with the FMSCA and BBB - the FMSCA contacted IMovers, after which I received a call from a different number (I have three different cell phone numbers for this company at this point) stating our items would be mailed via FedEx to us. I asked for tracking to be provided and was told it would be but three days later still do not have tracking. The text I sent that were originally shown as 'Delivered' iMessage are now delivered as a text, which makes me question if my number has been blocked. We will continue working with the FMSCA and BBB to either retrieve our items or receive payment based on the coverage package we signed with IMovers (note: they do NOT provide a full coverage option which is illegal per the FMSCA regulations).Do not use this company.

My first and only time using a moving company was with iMovers. This company does FRAUDULENT business. They charge you one price in the beginning then change the price in the end. They hold your belongings hostage give you no information about where the storage is located for pickup.. They don't send you monthly bills then threaten to auction your storage. I pray God helps them do better stealing my belongings was not apart of the contract. The manager/ dispatcher is rude doesn't know how to speak to people. The owner doesn't care what they do as long as he gets his money in the end.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS!!!! BEWARE! I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD. This company is a third party contractor for moving brokers. It took us almost 3 weeks to get our things. Many items came damaged from being moved around multiple times to different moving trucks. The movers took off with 2 OF OUR LADDERS after they finally delivered our items! I filed a claim for our damaged items and our ladders. THEY USE A THIRD PARTY TO FILE CLAIMS. Everything seems to be handled through 3rd parties which YOU KNOW THAT MEANS NO ONE EVER TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING. The claim company they use is called CSI. CSI concluded that IMOVERS owe me $102.96. This claim was concluded by CSI in December 2021. They said they are not responsible for the actual payment and IMOVERS THE ACTUAL MOVING COMPANY HAS TO PAY ME. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PENNY FROM IMOVERS AND ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL. I FEEL ROBBED AND THIS MOVING EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. BE WARNED!!!

Unresponsive, they would promise to call back and almost never would. I think I called them 10 times and they called me 2-3.Would call to ask when delivery would be scheduled. Was told several times we would get a delivery date (not actual delivery just that they would actually schedule the delivery) in 7-10 days. Finally got our delivery after 30 business days.Contract says that the delivery might be an 18 wheel tractor trailer. I called specifically to ask if it would be a 18 wheeler because we don't live in an area easy to access by 18 wheeler. Was told it would be a box truck. We found out the night before that it WOULD be a tractor trailer and that if he couldn't access our house it would be extra to carry the items to our house from the nearest access point. So, we rented a box truck to transfer the items and would unload it ourselves at a later time when we could get some help( I'm 9 months pregnant and my husband has a slipped disk in his back so we can't carry anything heavy- thus why we hired a moving company in the first place). The moving company sent ONE person to unload our items. We also immediately noticed crushed boxes and totes so we know there will be damage. I called iMovers to ask why there was only one person when they were were supposed to unload and assble our furniture and was told they would call me back. I didn't get a call back and the driver told me that I shouldn't call the office anymore because he was here to deliver the stuff.Husband had to help unload even with his bad back. Finally when it comes to our mattress, which is incredibly heavy, they couldn't move it. So it ended up just being left in our driveway until we can get some help. One of the most ridiculous, unprofessional experiences I've ever had in my life.Note: I received a partial refund for the long delay on delivery as per the contract. I will be filing a claim for any damaged itemsEdit: we finally got to start going through our items - rat feces on everything and in almost every box we open. Rats chewed through and made nests in one of our tubs (see pictures).

You NEVER want those guys! They broke things at disassambly and you can see that it happened because they forcefully broke things apart rather than properly unscrew them (they never told us what they broke either; just packaged it damaged), they broke things that THEY had packaged (TV, glass table top, big items) during transport, they disassembled things that did not need disassambly and then refused to put them back together again, and they lost things that were never retrieved. Once the stuff was on the truck, their were also STEEP price increases for things that were never mentioned before -- but once they have your stuff on the truck, they are effectively holding your stuff ransom. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
