I lived in Netcong Heights for three years and had a great overall experience. Mary Allen and Denise from the leasing office were always extremely helpful and maintenance was always friendly, professional, and prompt as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move into the area!

Management was always very helpful and you get way more than you pay for at this place, including free heat in the winter. The only utility you have to pay is electric which was never high either. Definitely best place to rent in NJ period especially at the time of writing this review.

It's no frills, but is ran extremely well. Office staff is great, maintenance is great. It's quiet, peaceful.
