Whether you are a frequent or infrequent patient, somehow they know almost every customers names and sometimes birth dates too. Ray is the greatest. He & the pharmacist on duty NEVER treat you like an inconvenience. If you choose to wait for a prescription to be filled… it is filled in a few minutes with a smile & great conversation. They go above and beyond to obtain any discounts on expensive medications. My entire family switched to this pharmacy because of the outstanding service. “Lakeland Specialty Pharmacy is a wonderful local gem in Netcong! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—they take time to explain meds, help with insurance, and make you feel cared for (no rush like chains). Great for specialty/compounding needs, reliable fills, and good prices. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get busy during peak hours with short waits, but the personal attention and community feel make it worth it. 4 stars—highly recommend this Morris County pharmacy.”
