I have a 2018 BMW X6 with over 220,000 miles on it, and it still runs like new. That doesn’t happen by accident — it’s a testament to the quality of work and care I’ve received from DTA over the years.
Alex and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. They always take the time to explain exactly what’s going on with my car, what needs to be done, and what can wait. “This is the second time Ron & Sons towing has come to my home to help - this time for a dead battery. Always prompt, fast, professional and friendly. I’d call them to help even if I didn’t have AAA!
-> UPDATE July 2026. I had two cars hit by a falling tree, so needed to tow both to body shop. Office staff were very professional and friendly. Prompt same-day service and beat the insurance company tow service by at least two days. Driver was friendly, courteous, and patiently waited while I vacuumed the glass out of drivers seat so we could move the vehicle into position to drive onto flatbed. I’ve used them before and if I need a tow, I’ll definitely use them again!”

“Stopped in because we broke TWO studs on my roommate's wheel and were driving with only 3 secure lug nuts. I stopped by to basically get a prognosis to see if I could get home to PA. They were kind, helpful, and helped me very quickly.
Sidenote: it was ok to drive. I got home and was able to drop it for repair next door to my house.”

I explained that I really couldn't afford a lot out of pocket and that I really didn't know what getting the car out of it's spot entailed and not only did they ensure me they wouldn't do anything without talking to me, they also followed up with my insurance company afterwards to help me with the next steps forward. They even had another team member evaluate the situation to make sure they weren't missing anything.
