Called today as I had a new card issued last week (haven't received it yet) and needed my new card information today. Called and they answered within 3-4 minutes of being on hold. Amy helped me out and gave me amazing details on how to get my new card information remotely. Super kind and helpful customer service. 10/10.

I visited the hospital recently and was not able to find Affinity FCU. I was told by multiple staff members that there is only an ATM in the cafeteria. I'm not sure if this location is still open.

One day in January 2022, during a massive Covid spike and New Brunswick's mask mandate, I went in and spent like 15 minutes inside. All customers wore masks. Neither employee on duty did. One had hers pulled under her chin and just went about her business like that, talking to customers and whatnot. The other just straight up wore no mask at all. People, the pandemic doesn't affect everyone equally. When you decide you don't want to do your part, you're creating risks for all kinds of people you may come into contact with, without their consent. Some of us have illnesses and disabilities that make us more vulnerable to serious complications, and we have just as much right to be in public spaces as you do. Don't want to wear a mask? Stay home. Quit your job. Plenty of civic-minded cooperative people would be happy to have your job and wear a flippin mask for flip's sake. Jeez, it's so easy. Just do it. The world doesn't revolve around you.

They let me open an account with no other bank will touch me because I owed money to another bank. They never let my checking account overdraft which is convenient for me because I'm not good with money.

I would not recommend this place just on this experience alone, but this is not the first experience at this bank. ATM machines are constantly down or being serviced. This is the second time I have deposited money and my money was taken. The first time thank god the branch was open because they were able to give me my money back immediately, but today not really. I went to deposit money on a Sunday the machine did the same thing and I was able to pull out some money it kept some, I quickly called customer service , they said systems were down and wouldn't be able to help me to call back, I called back and the next agent said there should be no problem just go to the branch, went to branch they said they would look into, (look into .Give me my money back), I then called to make a complaint they call me from the branch in two seconds to tell me they are still looking into it. My money should be safe with your bank, I should feel comfortable that the issue with a customer and your on going issues with the ATM should be resolved by the end of day. Poor , Poor , Poor, I have sent people to the branch because it is convenient and the people are pleasant, but this is unacceptable. There is always an issue with your machines in and out of the bank. Always.. 08/13/2018 After hours of waiting for a response for my money to be refunded, they call me at the end of the day to tell me I have to wait one more day because they can do nothing until some special technician comes and does something special with the machine... Thanks Affinity Bank for you stellar service.. if I could give a 0 I would 08/14/2018 I received a call this afternoon about my credit being given, I was told yesterday that it would have been ok to close my account and that I should escalate it. I actually was in the process of making the call before you called me. Thank you for fixing my issue, it did cause me stress but overall I'm glad it was fixed. 08/15/2018
